The staff member on reception when we arrived was brilliant, friendly and upbeat and offered some helpful suggestions for our stay. Most staff were fantastic. Food was great!

The room was huge and loved the balcony over looking the water, such a quiet relaxing place and loved feeding the pelicans in the morning! Great place to sit and relax!

I didn't like 5hat they only clean room on request as we felt we couldn't ask to have our room serviced (felt bad) I think it would be a good idea to have a door nob tag that you can either put please clean or please do not disturb as most other hotels do.

Australia17 reviews2 helpful votes“Good place to stay”The swimming pool was full of chroline I think, which burnt the eyes as lot. They might have recently painted the pool blue and the colour was sticking to hands and legs. Restaurant food was little on expensive side but taste was good.
The staff was welcoming and catered to the needs. Rooms were clean and restuarant food was good to taste.

Australia4 reviews“It’s a good hotel and good location.”Two things The pool has been coated in some blue paint, it covered the kids clothes and ruined them. It had to be scrubbed off their feet, arms and legs The staff are great, with the exception of one man, with glasses in reception. We found him quiet rude when we asked for batteries due to not having any to operate the TV, and then marched over to kick our kids off the tennis court after reception had given us the rackets. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful though

Great location for exploring the island, beautiful view of the lagoon from our room, room was a good size, comfortable bed.
