Receive wrong room number and code first and went into someone else's room! Some cooking pots were oily and not washed. No free wifi! No vaccum cleaner, no salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. No smart tv,

The kitchen can use an xtra pot or two and some serving dishes. A sharp knife for cutting vegetables and a whisk would be nice. An additional bin for recycling would be useful too.

The location was within walking distance of the Three Sisters Lookout and not too far from Laura Falls and Katoomba Falls. It is an easy drive from shops and railway station It was quiet and beds were comfortable. There is a washing machine and iron available for use.

The pillows were very uncomfortable for me. Ended up using the feather couch cushions on the last night to get some sleep.

Great location close to 3 Sisters and 15 minute walk to town, clean, lots of space, kitchen basics provided, laundry in unit, covered car port, outdoor seating, privacy, quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

There were some water leaks from an extreme storm that hit the area.

Lovely owner who was very friendly and helpful. Very clean The main attractions were walking distance from the townhouse.

I had difficulty gaining access to the property because of limited communication between the hosts and myself. I hadn't received the emails sent through booking.com that morning and therefore had not been updated with the correct entry code. When trying to contact the hosts at pre agreed arrival time I had no answer or reply for over an hour. Eventually after a costly call to booking.com customer service, where I spoke to an extremely rude advisor, they dictated the message to me and eventually I gained entry. The host did contact me an hour later to resolve my problems and had sorted everything was ok. This was not the best start to the stay, but at least the hosts were extremely kind and friendly, unlike booking.com Maybe I'm not used to the way that the washing machine functions in Australia, but it took me a while to discover how to actually have water fill the machine. I didn't want to force or fiddle with pipes incase of breaking things but it turns out they were shut off. I could only open the cold water and believe my clothes had to be on a cold wash throughout my stay. This was disappointing as I had booked this venue specifically to wash my clothes with ease in the middle of my backpacking experience. However, I never reached out and requested further help from the hosts, which I'm sure they would have been more than accommodating.

The size and location of the property was excellent. It was warm, clean and tidy. Easy to cook food with the microwave oven, and eventually found all the extra bits needed (like loo roll).

No info how to get the entry code, by chance the owner was on the ground . Deck chairs an table and chairs backside would be great, would have stayed longer then.

$5 per night extra for Wifi via online payment portal- need this to access smart TV apps/ Netlix, You Tube etc.Bit strange for 2023? Basically its an Air BnB thats available on booking.com and thats all good- everyting ws smooth, clean, easy and excellent value. Thanks for having us!

This place was perfect and amazing value. We stayed for one night as a last minute stopover from a road trip to rest and explore the Blue Mountains. Wish we had time to stay longer. It was spacious, private, undercover parking to the front door (especially great as it was raining heavily upon arrival), kitchen was all you need (No oven, no worries though), dining table. are for 4 people, 2 x 2 seat sofas, good layout, bedrooms down the hall away from living room noise, separate toilet and bathroom (with bathtub), large laundry, BBQ area, outdoor seating. Central heating kept us warm on a frosty, windy night, comfy beds and overall very homely. Perfect location, drive 2-3 minutes to 3 sisters, main town and supermarkets.

The kitchen is quite small and is missing some basics such as a egg flipper. The position of the toilet roll holder means you need to be a contortionist to use it. The toilet is totally internal with a very noisy exhaust fan.

Great location with an easy walk to the 3 Sisters lookout and the town. The apartment is quite roomy with a comfortable bed. Other reviewers have made harsh comments about the lounge suite but I found it comfortable enough for our use. The central heating works quite well.

The pots and pans in the kitchen were a bit old and we struggled a bit to cook with them.

Clean townhouse, flexible check in/check out, good location (close to everything in Katoomba), the heating system was great for the cold.
