We would like to have had the option to dine in both nights as there is not many dining out options in Marysville. In regards to the spa treatments, in particular facials- it would be great if they could offer a couple of skincare ranges with different ingredients to allow for allergies.

The Manor is absolutely beautiful. Our room was well appointed and the Hosts(Phil & Harry) were very friendly & accomodating. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived and we were felt relaxed and at home immediately. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious and our dinner was exceptional. We also enjoyed a spa treatment in house which was excellent. My husband and I can't wait to return to Kerami Manor very soon.

Our host Phil was helpful, super friendly & personalable. The luxurious Manor had an inviting ambience with its aesthetically pleasing lighting, using numerous lamps and chandeliers, comfortable furniture, antique ornaments, gas lit fireplaces and beautiful paintings and prints. Our room was huge, had everything needed. It was clean and lovely to kick back and relax in. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds were immaculate, gorgeous vista from each window in the establishment. Our day spa experience was second to none, my therapist had the Midas touch. Our 2 night stay was above and beyond what we expected!

The manor was exquisite. The quality of service and welcome was exceptional. The manor appealed to all my senses: visually (tasteful and luxurious decor and so clean), the sheets were crisp and the beds were very comfortable, the choice of music was not invasive and added to the atmosphere and the breakfasts were so delicious. We loved every aspect of our stay, just wished we could have stayed longer. Very restful and the walks around Marysville were charming.

I couldn't think of anything that did not exceed our expectations

From the moment we pulled into the car park and were greeted by Phil we felt welcome and the presentation of the manor was just awesome. The whole manor has been tastefully decorated and the rooms are large, spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and a great range of options are available to meet any dietary needs. My wife enjoyed an relaxing massage and was very impressed by the quality of the masseur. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be going back again in the near future.

Beautiful place for a special weekend away with my wife for her birthday. In the rebuilt manor after the fires and what a great job they have done. The place oozes relaxation and restful times. Warm, homely with very friendly staff and other guests. Recommended.
