How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beautiful apartment located right on Henley Beach. The location itself is perfect with the centre of bars/restuarants/shops just a short walk down the road. Noticing the Smallest of details, this is very well thought of supplied with everything you need. Most definitely recommend booking here to stay when visiting Adelaide

Cosy apartment with garage parking and practically on the beach ( two minutes walk!) . Close to some fantastic restaurants and cafes. Look forward to staying during a summer ! Also , the apartment is very well supplied with cooking utensils and kitchen essentials which is great as we love cooking . Hosts were very communicative whenever we had any questions.

Amazing location. Shared walkway 20m to Esplanade/beach front. Secure parking. Everything you could ask for in cooking facilities and such welcome additions like Olive oil, cereal, condiments etc. everything we needed to get started for our holiday.

Everything met or exceeded our needs.
Ideal location, with nice facilities. Great communication with owners, who had ensured we had a perfect stay. Close enough to the CBD via car or public transport, but by the sea in a relaxed environment.

No safe. Unfortunately no view of the sea from the property.
Excellent communication and helpful advice. Simple check in. Love the code entry system (keyless). Parking provided. Plenty of additional extras. Ample towels plus beach towels.

Nothing, the hosts go above and beyond to ensure a quality homely stay.
Just love staying at Kerrigans on Seaview due to its location, comfortable homely accommodation and superior hospitality. Silvana and her team, have tastefully decorated and furnished this unit. Being a unit, surprisedly there is a lot of room for even a small family to stay. Outdoor alfresco area with a laneway to the beach, right next to the Henley Jetty and Henley Square where many restaurants and cafes are located. The kitchen is well equipped and pantry stocked up with those little essentials for your short stay. Great to have a carpark especially in busy Henley Square.

A lack of view or airy outdoor area, but not an issue when easy to walk on to beach!

It's a amazingly cozy and lovely sweet house . I was also touched by true consideration, preperation and kindness from the hosts of this property. They are amazing. I have never experienced like being respected as a guest before.

Kerrigan's is one of the nicest and well considered AirBnB I've ever had the privilege of staying in. It was comfortable & homely. There were so many thoughtful additions that felt like we were staying in a friend's home. The security and check in process was so easy, and appreciated the car space. The place is exceptionally positioned close to the main centrepoint of Henley Beach. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Loved everything!
What a great location. So close to Henley Square and the beach. The house was filled with so many wonderful touches which allows you to walk straight in with no need to visit a supermarket. Loved that. Great to have a car park in busy Henley. Communication was first class. Will definitely be first choice for next visit.

Could do with a larger fry pan.
Great location although I only saw the sign to go direct to the beach on leaving. Was still so close. Great space and great to have choice of streaming channels. Wonderful stocked kitchen. Lovely edible welcome snacks there to greet me. Very comfortable stay. Really responsive hosts
