Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaA remote control for TV in bedroom would have been appreciated - would have liked to be able to use it. Could use a small rubbish bin in each bathroom.
Well-equipped apartment with balcony view towards the CBD. Handy to have a few bits of food and coffee pods available - much appreciated! Lovely soft towels! Lap pool was appreciated for a welcome dip without the sun!

AustraliaNothing I didn't like. If I was going to be very picky I would suggest a PowerPoint near the table for laptop use. As I said that is being picky and I can certainly work around it due to all of the positives of this property
Awesome! I travel to Darwin frequently for business and have never stayed in the one place twice due to being disappointed every time. This property is amazing. Clean. Comfortable. Great views. Secure and safe. Location is also great. I won't be going anywhere else again while this is available when next in Darwin.

Australialocation was great, supermarket next door plenty of resturants in area with different foods short walking distance to Darwin Entertainment centre. Bars and night life 20min walk.

AustraliaLocation was a that bit further from CBD and while within walking distance, unfortunately located opposite government housing. Some travel brochures would be helpful and also the location of the swimming pool which we relied on meeting residents to answer this question, which remained unanswered from the rental property.
Spacious apartment in residential block. Well set up with everything including coffee machine, milk frothier and a few condiments.
