We found the small shower to be abit underwhelming and not great on the water pressure.

Very clean, great value for money,a large pet friendly yard, friendly host and loved the old cottage style.

The traffic noise in the front bedroom was annoying. Could have done with a mirror in the front bedroom. The bench seats in the kitchen - where we ate our meals - were very hard and would benefit from some padding.

Nothing really, except the heavy vehicle traffic occasionally going past the house, but that wasn't too bad in the end. A couple more hooks on the back of doors or rails in the bathroom would have been handy to hang wet towels on.

The cottage was quaint, but quite spacious at the same time. Everything was neat and tidy and very clean. The location was great as a base to explore the area. Most modern conveniences were provided for, which was great.

Bathroom is a little dated, but everything worked well. The tops of some of the cupboards and shelves were a little dusty (though potentially something only someone of my height would notice).

Wonderful cottage with spacious rooms including the three bedrooms, lounge room, dining room plus full eat-in kitchen. Kitchen was excellently equipped with everything you could need and more. Beds were very comfortable and a nice lounge space.

There is a fair amount of traffic noise, so if you're a light sleeper, it may not be the right property for you.

Great spot for a Hawkesbury visit. Lovely older house with generous sized rooms, foxtel on the TV and both a bath and shower in the bathroom.

The convenience to facilities, location and well equiped. The weather was very cold but the heaters worked well.

As we were travelling with our 90 year old father and he had to use his walker and wheelchair around the home, most of the areas were accessible apart from the bathroom which was a little narrow and the shower recess small. We managed to get him around that though all the same.

Location was close to our family who we visited at the time. The shops were near by which was handy for us. Plenty of room inside and out and the Foxtel was a bonus addition. Although we didn't get to meet our host at the time, she was more than welcoming.

Spacious, tidy and well equipped cottage. The host lives close to the cottage and was extremely helpful but not at all intrusive. The cottage had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, a fireplace with wood provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Traffic noise outside was a little disturbing.

The location was great, only 10 minutes drive to Richmond town. The fireplace was also nice and very practical in winter; it kept the whole house warm. Went to the local Sunday market and the kids loved the local playground with river views.

We arrived after days of torrential rain and flooding. The driveway to the garage was not accessible. We were able to park near the road side without any issues. The owners even put some stepping boards down for us to be able to walk over the muddy grass onto the concrete path to the house. Not an issue for us, but may be one to the nit-picky which inhabit this planet.

Good location for our needs. Only a short drive to Windsor and Richmond. Great place for a couple, or even a larger family. Well presented house. Good facilities. Didn't get to use the fireplace. Exactly the type of accommodation we were looking for.

Not really a complaint , but there was no path from the driveway to the house , as it was raining while we were there, you had to walk on the grass to get to the front door and ended up with muddy shoes & wet feet. Easy enough to get this fixedby adding some stepping stones and maybe on their list

Location was close to most amenities - e.g coffe shop , pub , and small supermarket. Short drive to main part of town.

Was lovely & quiet, lovely & sunny out of the wind on back patio.. refreshing to come back , have shower , relax by the fire, after a hard days work, packing & cleaning.. was only a 15 min drive back .. It was a little tired looking, broken cracked bathroom tiles, cracked walls. In one room there were mice scurrying around in the roof. We saw mice in the loungeroom on last night of stay. I mentioned to owner once we left but no reply.

Nice old house. Location. Lovely wood floor boards. Close to everything.
