We had a 2 bedroom apartment, there was a small air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom. Living area and 2nd bedroom were so hot. Only had a small bar fridge.

Great location on the beach front, pub meals were excellent.

Smoking is allowed outside which is a little close for non Smokers. Limited menu at the restaurant. But friendly staff and a very relaxed, comfortable resort.

We stayed 2 nights at the time you can walk out to King Reef at low tide. Our room was tiny but clean and comfortable. We loved having the cross breeze with a big sliding door and window opposite. Handy little kitchenette. We would be happy to stay here again!

Couldn't fault the accommodation nor nearby venue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We'll be back.

The TV in the cabin did not work; I suspect that the aerial connection was loose but over a weekend difficult to fix.partly our fault for not advising reception sooner.When we arrived we were told we could not get a restaurant booking, but take away was available from their cafe, which was true. The tavern was hopping that night with lots of families (last night of Qld school Holidays) so it was enjoyable sitting at the tavern eating our take away and watching al the kids and parents having an enjoyable night.The resort is mainly a caravan park behind the cabins and tavern.

The best feature of the resort are around 6 cabins which face directly on to the beach. Basic accomodation but well equipped to self cater. The resort is actually a hotel/tavern with a take away cafe next door. Not much to do at Kurrimine Beach unless you enjoy fishing but very relaxing and a nice beach.

2 seater lounge very uncomfortable, because of the metal bar across the back it was impossible to sit for more than a couple of minutes, base sank into the centre like the frame work May have been broken.

The kitchen tap needed fixing and the lounges were definitely past their prime.

We enjoyed 2 evening meals at the hotel. Both were good value, well presented and tasty.

Wifi didn't reach our unit and not many TV channels available.

We stayed in the 3 bed unit which was right on the beach. We had plenty of space surprisingly as we were 2 families of 4. Good to have a full kitchen as unfortunately the pub food was not that great. Ok for a drink though! Management were very kind to us as we were there for a lockdown. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work in the house, which was unfortunate when you are locked down with children. Good find in a quiet location, with a wonderful beach to explore and not far from Mission Beach. Perfect for a stop over for a few nights on a way up or down the east coast.

The down pipes from the top story flats running down the side of our bedroom. Sounded like a dunny flushing all night.

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of this budget accommodation. Heaps of room and everything needed to make the stay comfortable. We loved being able to get a great coffee from the cafe over the road and a pub on site to watch the State of Origin. The beach was lovely and it was a beautiful clean little town.

excellent water pressure/ great shower one of the best showers I have had in a motel room for sometime. Great location , right on the beach, friendly staff, great meals at the hotel, and in the morning excellent breakfast at their cafe across the road.
