We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe lounge furniture was tired and needed a wipe down before we could sit down. Rubbish in the front garden area and pots with cigarette buts were off putting. We could not use the outdoor area at all and given the rate per night this was disappointing. Last minute change to access meant we had to travel to a second sight to collect and drop off keys.
Excellent location. Accommodation was roomy and comfortable and everything that we required was available. The wet areas were very clean-thank you.

Australia- The keys had to be collected from a different address, ~ 5 Mins from this property. - Our unit didn't have any Wi-fi although it was advertised to have one. Didn't even have wired-internet connectivity so the Smart TVs in the property are only limited to Free to air channels. - No intercom/room service facilities. - The equipment in the kitchen is limited though. The knives for example, are low of quality and blunt.
- The property was clean and spacious with a double carpark. Could easily accomodate 2 families. - Air conditioned with central heating/cooling. - Has a well equipped kitchen and Laundry. - Conveniently located to supermarket and facilities. - Less than 10 Minutes drive from Logan's Beach.

AustraliaThe TV and heating/cooling remotes didn’t work. The spa didn’t work. While we could connect to the internet, it was so slow we couldn’t actually use it for anything. We found alcohol bottles/cans left throughout the property and rubbish in the bathroom. There are lots of marks on the wall.
Location was great and the apartment had a lot of space. The lock up garage was a positive.
