I really can’t thing of anything

It was a very clean tidy unit. Beds were comfortable and the living area was great. I loved having ice ready for that cold drink after the long drive so it wasn’t long before we found the balcony to enjoy the sun and a cold beverage or too. The kitchen was well stocked and thanks for the snacks to have with our drinks 🥂. I loved the personal touch of the owners contacting us to make sure we were comfortable…. Thank you 🍸… we will recommend this place 🌟

The warmth of the swimming pool and spectacular rooftop ocean view were an unexpected highlight. Although Kings Beach was our ultimate destination we happily succumbed to the the apartment’s Smart TV and Netflix service. This is an entertainment luxury that we deny ourselves at home. We’re inspired by the creative wall hangings and imagined how we could apply a similar nature-themed design to our home in Brisbane. At times like these, to get away for a short break with minimal hassle is just what the doctor might have prescribed.

It could be useful to have two sets of keys. We managed to lock ourselves out on Saturday and felt really bad having to call the managers to help us get back in

There was no view and we looked into many units bedrooms so did not use the balcony. Lift was also broken so stairs were are times a challenge - however would stay there again as it was good value for money and close to the beach.

We were met on arrival - even with short notice - 30 mins away - we were still greeted at the property. The property was clean tidy and modern. It was a very comfortable stay.

A very small pool on the other side of the carpark. We didn't use it but not really somewhere you'd hang around for more than a quick dip but the beach is literally 5 mins away so it wasn't an issue for us. The exterior of the building and lift is quite dated and not very appealing but the apartment more than makes up for it so worth overlooking the initial ugly duckling impression.

This apartment is just beautiful. Fresh, clean, recently renovated, very homey with everything you could possible need. The interior decorating is next level. Very tastefully done and felt like a tranquil oasis. The hosts where lovely and that just adds to the charm of this property. Lots of extra touches made it such a lovely experience. Everything you could possibly need in terms of bathroom products, pantry essentials and crockery etc. Netflix, plenty of towels and good quality linen. Some lovely touches like cushions and throws, a good selection of books, welcome goodies on arrival just add to the feeling of hominess. We loved it and would highly recommend.

On-site parking would have been safer. Air-con/heating (if there was any we couldn't find it). The address was not the same as booked. We did get so much correspondence but once on the road we just programmed where we were staying not keep looking up Booking.com for updates. The address should be the same as booking

It was like a magic cave the outside of the building was old but once entering the apartment it was brand new looking. The location was perfect far enough away from constant noise but close enough to walk to the restaurants. Very Very clean comfy beds and lounge

The name of the apartments shown on booking.com does not exist the actual name is Kings Manor, & besides that couldn't find it by the street number because the street is split in 2 sections one which is across the main road which I noticed after almost an hour looking around & after speaking to the contact & was given the correct name, even then we couldn't see it because there was a line up of bins in front of the name.

Location and the apartment was very comfortable & well equipped.

The road traffic heard from the main bedroom at night was sometimes loud but couldn't be heard from the loungeroom.

The unit was very clean and had lovely outlook from the living room. I was concerned with there not being any air con but there was a lovely breeze when we stayed and we used the ceiling fans. The lady who let us in was just lovely.

The host was exceptionally friendly and professional, I had arrived earlier than planned but was very accommodating came to meet me and handed over keys to me. The was was cleaned and very welcoming.
