Found a crokroach inside the room. The roadside at the night quite noisy. You know thr traffic. But the windows was old style made of wood. Single glaze, but its ok for me because i wasnt pay too much for a week. You pay what you got. The check in is at the bar . There is no elevator. So you have to help youself .

The property was quite convenient. To the Train station. Buese is amin front of the pub. If you are one night traveller highly recommend. Price is ok.

Nothing to complain about really. Everything was better that were were expecting.

We weren't expecting too much, but it was good. The road noise was surprisingly low. No live music in the hotel, and none from close by. Good connections for public transport (bus and train nearby), close to shopping, we had dinner in the hotel and was very good for the price.

Convenient, clean & affordable. Pub/counter meal style dinner available & plenty of suburban resturant options near by. Stayed one night for international airport pick up. Would stay again.

stayed 3 nights I think in queen bed, comfort OK (room 2) stayed a further night later in week in double bed, not very comfortable (room 3)

If you are driving it's best to avoid arriving and departing in peak hour. The hotel is on a road that gets gridlocked, especially at school drop off and pick up.

Very handy to the train station. Simple but comfortable rooms and very soundproof, despite being directly above the pub. Will happily stay there again.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the check in process was confusing. You need to check in at the Bistro bar but wasn’t told that prior to my arrival. The check in was quick and easy but would be great if you could email and let people know ahead.

Great location, excellent food, friendly staff and super affordable! The bistro downstairs has very tasty food and good portion sizes. Staff are super responsive and polite. The rooms are very clean and perfect for a few nights! Newly renovated and looks spotless. No frills or fancy but clean, tidy rooms and excellent location.

The booking says that the check out time is 10am but the lobby is still closed by then and staff is still not in. Maybe change the check out to 12nn?

It was not possible to open windows, so fresh air didnt enter the room. Air-con was cooling, but there was unpleasant smell from it. Probably they aren't cleaned for a long time or get blocked.

Very good localization near train station. Free parking for guests in front of Hotel. Nice restaurant on the ground floor.

the wifi password on the keycard was wrong!

The hotel is right near the train station, and has it's own carpark. The rooms entrance is separate to the pub. Despite there being pokies and late opening hours, there was no noise or disturbance.

The basin size is too small, can even fit the kettle to fill the water. The wifi is pretty bad during the days we stayed. The hotel doesn't provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

The room is quite big and quiet. The staff is really friendly who allows us to keep our baggage after we checkout. The location just opposite Kingsgrove station.

Stairs were difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases. Window was sealed shut which made us feel a little claustrophobic.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel facilities catered for our lunch and evening meals.
