No elevator and two steep staircases makes it hard to travel with bags. Motel is above a bar and gaming place.

Good location close to the subway line into the city. Great shower and wifi. The room had a small fridge and kettle

No windows in our room so it didn't have any air circulation which caused an off smell, remedied by having the oscillating fan on constantly. There was a heat pump unit in room but not able to be used, only the ceiling fan for heating/cooling. The room wasn't as clean as I thought it would be due to other reviews, definitely wasn't up to a normal cleaning standard.

Friendly staff, somewhat close and easy to get to the city via train or car, diary and supermarket just across the road, free parking and easy access to the room. Didn't hear other guests either.

It would have been nice to be able to open the windows in the room. The hotel is also located on the outskirts of Sydney, so it takes a little longer to get to the centre by public transport.

The staff was very friendly and eager. For Sydney, the price-performance ratio was impressive. If you are looking for a place for 1-2 nights it is definitely recommended if you are not tight on time.

The stairs not good for my knees at my age Arthritis

It was clean and tidy close to were I had to travel but I didn't check properly when booking the stairs were hard for me with my knees

Only faults were towel rail easily dislodged itself from back of bathroom door. Small maintenance issue, very mild inconvenience.. and our room windows faced apartment block windows adjacent so wary of being looked upon with blinds up.

Such a convenient location! Right by the train station. Within an hour of major shopping centres/Sydney. Cafes, chemist, and grocery shops within a few minutes walk locally as well! Clean, comfortable.. couldn't even hear any goings on from the pub below over our weekend stay. Toiletries for use all smelt great too.

1. Difficult to fill water kettle straight from the tap as the washing basin was not deep enough, 2. open door shower results in wet floor in the toilet after shower

1. Great location, just a few minutes’ walk to Kingsgrove Station. Takes about 15 min to International airport and within 30 miinutes to town centre, 2. Staff is great and helpful I had issue with tapping out at the train station. They let me call from the reception counter as my SIM doesn’t allow voice call. 3. We arrived around 1:00 and they arranged for us to check in early around 1:30, 4. Quiet room and no smoking smell at all,

The room wasn't very clean and the cleaner left my room door open on my first and last day. I moved the side tables to plug in my adapter and it looked like the space behind them hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

The hotel has a bar beneath it which is great if you want to relax after a day of sightseeing. The food is quite good too. There is also a laundromat opposite, which I found convenient. The staff is very nice. The managers and the security are all very friendly and helpful. They even let me stay in the bar working on my last day while I waited for the time to catch my train. The train station is exactly opposite the hotel but it takes 37 min to get to the city centre.

We stayed for 6 nights, and had to seek out staff to ask for replenishment of toilet roll, toiletries etc, and for rubbish to be removed. Bedding was not changed, we did get clean towels after 4 days, but the bathroom was never cleaned. As this was our first stay in Australia we may have misunderstood what was on offer, maybe this needs to be made clearer.

We chose this as it is located out of the city so much cheaper, and 2 minutes from train station so perfect for getting to and from airport and city. Nice room, clean and well supplied. Although next to a busy road and above a bar/bistro we were never troubled by noise. The bistro served lovely meals, well priced especially at lunchtime.

Window couldn't be opened, it wasn't a big deal for 1 night only but I guess would be bad if you stayed for longer, even though the room was clean everything seemed a bit "grubby" (carpet, etc.), during weekdays trains are replaced by buses in the nightteam which means it takes you 70 mins back home from the city instead of 30'.. overall okay stay but the price is way too high for what you get

Staff is friendly, room is quite big, mostly clean, sportsbar in the building, near trainstation, free parking, decent wifi, aircon and fan, i could leave the car there for free after i cheked out for the rest of the day - thanks for that :)

Not much to do in kingsgrove but handy to train station which can take you anywhere.

Great service! Across the road from train station which can take you anywhere. Good food bit pricey for a pub but ok. Supermarket n general stores across the road. Will recommend this place to stay again.

There is a bit of sound that leaks through from the hallway and corridor into the room.

Great location, near Kingsgrove Station and a Woolies, plenty of cafes and food around. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were excellent.
