More parking would’ve been ideal. We could only fit one car in the car port so that made it challenging to park the other cars. Some facilities such as bathrooms/showers are older but it was still lovely

Parking in the carport is not for the faint hearted! Also the beds are very hard and it wasn’t easy to get a good nights sleep. The wildlife will also sound the alarm at first light so don’t plan on sleeping in!

Couldn't work the Netflix etc. Downstairs bathroom had dark hairs on the floor and bathmat. Only 3 forks when place sleeps 6. Kitchen not very clean under sink. Couldn't use the back yard as so overgrown.

The view was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great having two bathrooms.

The heater in the living room was not working and I wish we were alerted that the cutlery and crockery were in the dishwasher which I discovered only the following morning before we checked out.

The electric supply kept tripping during our 3 days 2 nights stay. The worst was it tripped in the middle of both nights & the heater was down. We found a dirty towel in the washer the first day we were there.

The owner was very prompt in responding & we managed to turn the electric supply on. The house was beautiful & the supply of crockery & cutlery was sufficient. Every morning there are lots of birds, especially beautiful Kookaburras, perching on the balcony. It was a wonderful experience! Due to the location, the house has fantastic views of the ocean & dock.

The floors and couches needed cleaning. The driveway and stairs to the property are very steep, so not suited to people with mobility issues. The bathroom was low on stocked items, which I believe are included in the cost.

The most serene and peaceful views of both Martha Cove and the Ocean. Even the drive down the street exposed a stunning sunset! It was great to have two lounge areas, two bathrooms and the kitchen was spacious.

The views were fantastic over the bay and the terrace was lovely to sit and watch the sun set. Quirky layout but worked for us.

Disappointingly the kitchen supplies were inadequate. No wine or champagne glasses at all. 6 water or similar glasses only. Inadequate crockery, no side plates or butter knives, only 2 dinner knives and 3 dinner plates. Fortunately, there were only 2 of us staying in a 3 bedroom house! Hand soap and washing detergent were considerably diluted, presumably to make it go further. The aircon on the lower level was also dripping when in use. A thorough audit is required. There are lots of steps down to the house from the street / carpark so it would be tricky for some people. The driveway and car park may also challenge some when reversing. The view, however, is remarkable, just glorious and the visiting birds to the bird feeder entertaining to watch. The location made up for some disappointments.

The view is stunning and architectural design of the house is attractive and room design and furnishings comfortable.

There was no roof in the carport( was told that roof was damaged due to wind storms) and was not fixed when arrived Beds were not comfortable, suggest to replace to new and comfortable mattresses

Whilst the place was really clean, there is definitely room for some things to be updated especially considering the price per night. The fridge is in desperate need of replacing....it didn't really work and leaked water on the floor.

The view and location were stunning. This was the main reason for selecting the property.

Beds were not very comfortable. Lots of stairs - not a problem for us but for other travellers please beware you will need to walk up/down a steep set of steps to get to/from the car. There was construction work for a new house happening next door so if you are staying mid-week you may need to expect to hear loud machinery.

Views from the room were great! Good location, only a short drive to town. Fully stocked kitchen too which was great.
