The location is amazing - right on pristine Kioloa beach. A place where you can really switch off! Great value for money. We love that we get to bring our beloved dog with us.

THE WALK TO THE BEACH WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. The access is very good for the older person. the weather was very nice on the days that we were there, Not to far out to access the shops locally.

Musty smell and some of the facilities weren't working (TV and wifi).

Accommodation was large and fit the family well. Staff were friendly.

Some lights didn't work needed lightbulbs. Remote needed batteries and tv only in and out. No wi fi and limited mobile. Basic old furniture, sofa needed replacing. Needed dog washing facility for after the beach.

Loved the location amongst the trees v close to a stunning beach where dogs and people could frolic. Great cafe opposite and Sunday market was fun. Nice atmosphere over Easter spooky once everyone left.

Water in the shower was brown, because of that I felt that after showering I wasn't clean. We were not able to use warm water as it was from dam.

There was a hole in the fly screen of our cabin. It allowed mosquitoes in. I didn’t like that. No free WIFI

Just be aware that because of the remote location only the cold water is town water, hot is not potable. I imagine this is the case in many similar places and wasn’t a huge deal, was just a bit stressful with a toddler who likes to put things in their mouth. Toilet also backed up but did fix itself, and grill was broken. Stay was really comfortable otherwise though, just a reflection of the style of the place and we were in one of the older style cabins.

Beautiful location right on the beach and a nice cafe across the street. Pool was great as was the toddler pool, which is shaded. Lots of big trees and the kids loved the kookaburras and kangaroos.

No internet access due to location, and only nearby place to eat closed Monday and Tuesday. Fair drive to anywhere else for meals if you do not take your own.

Bunk bed was very hard and uncomfortable and there was a huge spider on the shower door 1st morning of our stay.

Neibouring cabins took our driveway so perhaps they should be numbered so this doesn't happen to the next person.

Great location and family friendly price for a cabin Out overseas family appreciated the kangaroos an many birds nearby plus direct access to beach. They also really noticed the warmth and friendliness of staff when we checked out

Bathroom door latch wasn't working, we had to manage somehow. very close to other units, so it was noisy in the night.

The rooms were mostly clean, but could do with an update. Towels provided were mostly good, except one had a stain. The toilet door did not close.

Good location with a very easy check in process, accomdation was right on the beach. Basic kitchen utensils were available for use. Staff were very friendly and had lots of information about the local area.
