We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only improvement I can think of is to replace the rollers on the bathroon sliding door as they were old and noisy. The bathroom could do with a window mounted exhaust fan.
Loved the alpine style of the building and interiors. Room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was fantastic. We are looking forward to returning in September .

Hosts Lee and Brenda Mosca catered for motorcyclists so thoughtfully. For example, it rained overnight, and in the morning, I found a towel on the bike ready to wipe the seat dry. Clean facilities, breakfast included, and in a convenient location. Two Thumbs Up for motorcyclists staying at the Kookaburra Lodge.

The owner was lovely, and very accomodating. Made a lovely hot breakfast (we were just expecting cereal + toast!). Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Cozy common room with everything you need.
