You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThis is more feedback for maintenance of the property. It rained heavily while we were there. The gutters were full of leaves and the water was pouring down the external woodwork. Also, would benefit with a spoon-drain in front of front door, where driveway gravel was carried by rain over the front 'deck'.
Breakfast was not supplied. Location was great for biking/walking.

AustraliaOur family recently stayed at Kooka's cottage and have to say it was the best getaway we've had for a while. A great place to relax and unwind. Great views from the balcony, with a few visiting birds! You'll also come across deer and kangaroos in your yard. We were also able to take our small pooches, who also had a great time. Definitely will be back!

AustraliaThe beds were very comfortable and cozy and they feel was very beautiful. It had absolutely everything you could need on a Monday I stay and my sons highlight would of been hand feeding the beautiful parrots and Kookaburras he befriended one which he was sad to leave. It was very peaceful and a short walk down to the beautiful creek you could hear it running from the balcony so tranquil! A plus being able to bring our pup with us! All out amazing time thank you!

AustraliaThe balcony railings have deterioated and needs repair some off the vertical railings were not even detatched which made the balcony dangerous for my little dog and kids. the coffee milk and tea was not replenished which was disappointing for the price we paid. The freezer was messy and the kookaburra food lids were all over the place with no food in it, we realised that was for the guest and would have been nice to give our kids the experience of feeding the kookaburras.
The cottage was warm and cozy and a perfect location to mount buller
