We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIssue one night with someone entering our apartment level at 330am causing disturbance for an hour. Very unsettling for the kids. Security were slow to respond. We were told they would be there in 30-40 mins. Thankfully police arrived earlier. This could be avoided with restricted access to levels. Otherwise we really loved our stay at this property

AustraliaThis is a fabulous apartment in a great location. It's spacious, very comfortable and close (5 minutes walk) to cafes and an amazing hotel where we ate dinner both nights. A lovely 20 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens or you can easily catch a bus, which runs every 20 minutes, up South Terrace. The views from the balcony are fantastic, especially the sunsets.

Clean and tidy apartment, with good facilities on offer. Electronic keys were handy as well, made it super simple to get in and access the place. Quiet part of town as well.

AustraliaUnfortunately our air con wan't working when we arrived and after a few phone calls and suggestions, we were able to move rooms once another room was cleaned. It was an extremely hot time in Adelaide and we appreciated the efforts to re-locate us to the same style apartment where the air con was working. The key situation ( download an app etc ) was a little tricky at first but once we got into the building and used to using an app to open the door it worked well and I can see that is probably the future for accessing apartments.
It was a great apartment for 2 couples staying in Adelaide. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony and everything we needed for a 4 night stay. A 10-15 minute walk to the East end area where we wanted to be to see Fringe Festival shows. The apartment was clean, modern, quiet and the facilities were good.
