Great location, walking distance to everything, we had a great view over the park and ocean, super clean and comfy beds!

There was limited 'visitor' parking which is what we had to use.. A spot was not guaranteed.

Nice attention to detail eg box of tissues, oil and salt and pepper in the kitchen. The apartment is quite new. The beds were large and comfortable. There was a full bathroom and ensuite.

On occasions wind noise from lift lobby area was excessive.

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Kitchen, large fridge, washer&dryer. Fresh and modern. Good secure parking. Easy access. Located very close to shopping centre and about 10 min walk to beach.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property other than not being allowed to smoke on the balcony. An idea maybe have available recommended local restaurants and activities to do or see.

The few minor I could possibly judge... I travel with my own pillow as I can't sleep on high, but perhaps out of the 4 pillows on each bed, a choice of 2 low + 2 high would've been a great option. The iron wasn't amazing A hook to hang my dress so I could steam it nicely would've been a bonus

We walked in and went WOW! The apartment is brand new, spotless, very spacious, bright and inviting. The king beds were soooo comfortable. Air con was AMAZING, and perfect for those stuffy humid Wollongong days. The ensuite and bathrooms are immaculate! Large mirrors, showers plus a large bath, 2 choices of lighting, and the added bonus of toiletries. The large mirrored wardrobes included coathangers. There was a small office table and chair, and a stool which came in handy when doing our hair! The kitchen equipped with everything you need, a toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine, huge fridge/freezer, large pantry etc Washing machine, dryer, sink, and clothes rack. Largest linen closet we've ever seen. Large lounge room with the comfiest leather couch. Not a bed but could still use this to sleep an extra person. Massive hall mirror perfect to check how you look before you head out the door. Nice to step out onto the balcony for some fresh air. Secure carpark with plenty of parking. The location is central, close to train and city centre, everything within walking distance. Quietest location!! Exceptional value for money for where we were and the facilities. Lovedddddd it!

A few things – the check-out procedure and communications with KULA. The check-out emails (3 emails) were sent out the night before we checked out and asked us to update the check-out status. It would be more efficient and time-saving to send out the check-in and check-out procedures before checking in instead of separately. Emails are not checked so frequently when on vacation. The communications with KULA via the booking.com messaging service were poor. It was okay before check-in but not during our stay and after check-out. It was a bit hard to get hold of customer service via messaging or emails when you needed help.

The property location is quite good, quiet, close to restaurants and shopping and undercover parking.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The wind noise. During our stay we had wind and it made high pitched noises throughout the apartment and hallway.

Property was beautiful, easy to check in even without front desk service. Roof top pool was awesome and could still see the ocean in the distance.

There was no bathtub but the photos showed a bath The electricity was turned off 30mins before check out Late checkout request was only responded to 3 days after check out
