The beds were a bit hard. probably a softer mattress and second blanket for the rooms for family. Would be awesome for coils to be lit at the front of each room, mozzies are coming in strong. Buttt still a great resort I’ll be back with my family 👍

Specifically booked lagoon view and because there was a pool. Upon arrival we were allocated a room with a carpark view and pool was out of action. Deceptive advertising would not have stayed there if we had been advised.

The reason we booked this hotel was because it had a pool. However, upon going to have a swim a guest said it was closed as they are waiting on Council to approve water samples in Perth. Why we weren't advised this upon check-in is very poor service & the fact that Booking.com had no mention of this on the website when Booking the property is unacceptable. We forfeited our 3rd night after returning from a tour on a hot day & still no pool open. I feel we should be reimbursed for the night of 22 July and await to hear from you.

The front desk staff probably need to be a bit more engaging with visitors. It may be the case that some staff are still in a learning phase, however, to be more engaging and acknowledge the guest who may be checking in is free and needs no training. While the room was okay, there were several components needing repair. I have been staying at this motel for around twenty years on my work visits to Kununurra, and I get the feeling that the place is not being maintained to its traditional standard. I'm also not sure if the restaurant was open during my visit because the letter in my room said it was closed so I dined in town. But I thought I saw guests in the restaurant when I drove past.

The bathroom was filthy just needed a good scrub of the floor and sink. No cupboards or shelves in the bathroom. TV signal was bad. Room is not serviced every day. The location isn’t in the best part of Kununurra. we wouldn’t return.

The tv was super small and so high up that you couldn’t even really see the screen properly and the room was fine for what we needed on a road trip but didn’t feel worth the money

Unfortunately the bedroom light bulb flickered when on so had to leave the light off, and tv sound would sometimes just stop working but easily fixed with turning the tv off and back on again. Restaurant and pool not available during my stay but I was messaged and notified well in advance and given the option to stay elsewhere. Happy I stayed here. Would definitely stay again.

Whatever cleaning products they are using smell like cigarette smoke. TV is tiny, beds are average and it is a pretty run down place.

Staff were great and it is obvious the new owners are keen to breath some new life into this place. Construction underway so hopefully it is better soon! Well priced for what it is.

We received a phone call at 08:30am on the day of check to be advised that due to renovations the pool, restaurant & bar facilities were not available for use. I was asked if this is ok or would I like to rebook somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service, considering it was 38-40 degrees (and I am 7 months pregnant), I booked the accommodation for the pool facilities. I booked the accommodation over 2 weeks prior and only got advised the day of check in when all other accommodation was booked out. Upon my request, we had our room upgraded but I still consider it very poor service.

Great location if you have a car, nice spot on the lake, easy check in/out, room was suitable with all amenities including air conditioner.
