Several doors need rollers replaced as very hard to move. No airing rack to dry laundry. Nowhere to hang the tea towel

The location is great with very good water views and access to the boardwalk and cafes etc. a very comfortable bed, a reasonable in-room spa, large flat screen tv, nice rooftop area.

The view from this room is amazing, right on the water. The room size is large and the spa is excellent! Location is great, walking distance to all the local restaurants and main street.

There was no hair dryer, no spare blanket in the cupboard, the shower leaks water & the drains stunk.

The view was outstanding! Sean the manager was incredible & so helpful. I will be back for sure

The outdoor light (not controlled by us) shone through the gaps in the 3 blinds that were on the sliding doors. The security screen was dusty and dirty, not good for Asthmatics if the wind was blowing through it. The bed needs a good mattress topper, not all of us are over weight, mattress too firm.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was right next to a lovely beach front cafe and restaurants of all kinds were a 2 min walk away all on the beach boardwalk, just fabulous. Washer and dryer, lovely large shower, and privacy with a large curtain to separate anyone wanting to stay up and watch TV.

Car parking, stayed 5 nights and couldn’t get into our allocated parking space 3 times.The garage security door was broken. Room decor and fit out were very tired. Kitchen area was very small and tight. Spa bath in the middle of the living area. Bathroom was old and very tired. Toilet flush was loose and constantly popped out of the cistern. Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Couldn’t lock the screen door to the outdoor area because the doors were off their runners and stoppers were gone. We had to rehang the curtain dividing the living and bed rooms. Blinds in the living area were tired and didn’t keep the morning light out or provide adequate privacy.

The location is superb, easy access to town and great view of the water.

Easy walking distance to many beaches, cafes, supermarket. Nice and quiet inside. Easy check in and out.

The bed in the apartment we had needs replacing. It sags and gave us back ache. Kitchenette is very small and has very limited space. No heating. As it rained the entire stay we found it very cold. If you have an SUV some of the car park spaces would not fit a larger vehicle as they are quite tight.

We have stayed here before. It's a great location. Self contained unit. Waterfront balcony.

Bit noisy with road and construction. Closing windows to block noise also blocks breezes. Hard beds.

The floor had been swept into a pile but not swept up. The carport was only 1.95m clearance. We had to find parks on the street. I was charged an extra $10 when my payment was processed.

The way booking.com and management of the property handled our personal information eg we had two credit cards compromised trying to pay in advance that the property demanded . Inconvenience to have to arrange cash into their trust account otherwise the booking would be canceled . Then booking .com authorised some how for the property to take money off another credit card without our authority so that the cost was therefore paid twice . A lot of problems getting this money back . This really spoilt the whole trip . I will book directly to where we need to stay in future as booking . com can not be trusted with our personal information .

Well appointed for what we needed . Great aspect . Great area to explore .
