only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no milk. The cornices in room needs to be cleaned there were cobwebs right around whole apartment inside with bugs in them. Hair needs to be cleaned out of drains in bathroom also. When we went to leave there was a sign on car windscreen STAFF ONLY. There was barely a car in the car park and at no stage was there any signs to indicate there was a staff only park. There was another customers car parked there day before.We were told when we arrived to park anywhere . Needs more kitchen crockery and cutlery. Don’t need a dishwasher when there is only 2 of everything.

There was some water damage in the hall way out side of our room that was dripping but it wasn't that much of an issue at all,

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and got given two seperate 1 bedroom appartments that had an internal door. Was not what I wanted. We have two young kids so there was absolutely no need for an entire whole extra apartment with extra bathroom, kitchen, laundry ect! Was completely unnecessary but was told by reception that all the 2 bedrooms are like this. Felt like we got ripped off. $1870 for 3 nights seemed a lot. Basically felt like we paid double as we had two rooms. Not to mention 2 car spaces but was told it was one apartment….. location wasn’t ideal. Wasn’t walking distance to anything.

We didn’t like that our spa had a major leak issue and that we spent nearly 2 hours mopping up the water because it was pooling downstairs to another persons outside area. Also the tv didn’t work in our main room so unfortunately couldn’t use it

We liked the set out of the rooms it was very family friendly, the pool was also very family friendly. Loved that we didn’t have to leave our room to hear the live music being played as the kids wouldn’t have wanted to sit down stairs so definitely liked that we could still enjoy it from our room.

It’s not ‘on’ the beach. Best to get inside rooms with pool view. Outside rooms are on main road or suburbs looking at houses. Other than that, it was a very good resort. Great value for money.

- very difficult after hours check in, asked on 3x occasions for details to be sent via email as reception closed at 7 and wouldn’t be arriving to 8pm, email never received. Luckily a staff member was outside who contacted reception staff via email to help us gain access to the property otherwise we would’ve been stuck - restaurant/bar not open during the until 17:30 - nothing nearby , very badly lit footpath to the town - communal jacuzzi water was freezing

If i had to be Super picky - The spa was a little bit of a Let down in the outside of the room, the Spa was 100% better in the Pool area and the shower itself wasn't great. Was hard to enjoy a hot shower when there wasn't much pressure. Will definitely book a room with the Pool access next time. ☺️

Our stay was nice, the pool area was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the location was really convenient, it was really close to some beautiful look outs and close to little cafes and shops. There was live music on the Saturday afternoon but the pool area was packed so we gave it a miss.
