I think if I stayed a bit longer there might be some things that may require attention or a little freshen up but going off what I experienced after a nights stay there, not too sure there would be much wrong with the place. Thanks for the great experience, I will be bringing my partner back for a longer stay next time

I like the area, a little bit out of town but still access only a short distance away, beautiful grounds and pool area, also the facilities of the complex were second to none. Good selection of food on the menu at reseanable price.

As we didn't have reception on our phones, we were hoping to he saved by the hotel WiFi however the connection was terrible throughout the hotel.

Restaurant was closed for dinner. Instructions for dryer meant that clothes were very damp when they came out and did not dry overnight on a rack either. A bit of traffic noise as our room faced the road.

Comfortable king size bed in a spacious room. Had a hot tub undercover outside our room on our verandah. Washing/machine dryer in the bathroom. Parking available underneath.

the wait at the restaurant was too long we waited and hour for our food. however once it arrived it was delicious and plated very well

Only down side for us was the distance from anything, needed to drive pretty much everywhere.

We had dinner on our last night there and the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, relaxing poolside listening to music was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again in a room with direct pool access,

To be served a wine in a plastic wine cup. 🙁. Unfortunately they have been told they cannot serve drinks in glassware anymore due to regulations with the pool beside the restaurant. Which is behind a wall with open windows. What is the world coming to, seriously it’s getting out of control. Not their fault and they have to comply. But when you’ve had a big day on the road for work and you want to relax for dinner with a wine … and it’s served in plastic , NO. I chose here for the convenience of the restaurant , not so sure anymore. I’m not in a park, I’m in a RESTAURANT. 🤷🏻‍♀️

only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no milk. The cornices in room needs to be cleaned there were cobwebs right around whole apartment inside with bugs in them. Hair needs to be cleaned out of drains in bathroom also. When we went to leave there was a sign on car windscreen STAFF ONLY. There was barely a car in the car park and at no stage was there any signs to indicate there was a staff only park. There was another customers car parked there day before.We were told when we arrived to park anywhere . Needs more kitchen crockery and cutlery. Don’t need a dishwasher when there is only 2 of everything.

There was some water damage in the hall way out side of our room that was dripping but it wasn't that much of an issue at all,

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and got given two seperate 1 bedroom appartments that had an internal door. Was not what I wanted. We have two young kids so there was absolutely no need for an entire whole extra apartment with extra bathroom, kitchen, laundry ect! Was completely unnecessary but was told by reception that all the 2 bedrooms are like this. Felt like we got ripped off. $1870 for 3 nights seemed a lot. Basically felt like we paid double as we had two rooms. Not to mention 2 car spaces but was told it was one apartment….. location wasn’t ideal. Wasn’t walking distance to anything.

We didn’t like that our spa had a major leak issue and that we spent nearly 2 hours mopping up the water because it was pooling downstairs to another persons outside area. Also the tv didn’t work in our main room so unfortunately couldn’t use it

We liked the set out of the rooms it was very family friendly, the pool was also very family friendly. Loved that we didn’t have to leave our room to hear the live music being played as the kids wouldn’t have wanted to sit down stairs so definitely liked that we could still enjoy it from our room.

The pool needs a good chemical clean or something. Water is clean and clear but the bottom has a lot of black spots on it

It’s not ‘on’ the beach. Best to get inside rooms with pool view. Outside rooms are on main road or suburbs looking at houses. Other than that, it was a very good resort. Great value for money.

Very large clean rooms. Large bathroom. New. Large kitchen. Large balcony. Large spa. Lift to room from basement parking (undercover parking). Quiet - thick walls. King bed. Very comfortable. Great facilities.
