Weird that no unit number shown on the front door, so the correct apartment in its block was difficult to find at night time. A bit surprising that only instant coffee provided, given the price being charged. The upstairs 'balcony' is quite cramped and you look out sideways towards the roof of the neighbouring property. There is no conventional outdoor space.

Great location near the lake and cafes. Fitout inside and decor is very stylish and large rooms.. Under cover car space. Very beautiful streetscape.

The vacuum cleaners in the apartment both appeared not to do much at all and this is probably why we felt it could have been cleaner. I tried to vacuum and I'm assuming of the cleaners are using the vacuum in the apartment this might be why the floor and rug in the hallway had dust and could have been much cleaner. With young children we tend to cook a lot of meals, so we also bought a cheap non stick fry pan for the apartment from Kmart as it didn't have one. I would say get rid of foxtel alltogether and just have smart tv so visitors can accesses their streaming services and have at least one streaming account that visitors can use, for most places we stay that is usually Netflix.. We don't watch much tv at all but we couldn't access the the abc kids channel from the tv and foxtel is cooked. Again would happily pay a little more more for better facilities at these apartments.

The location is great, the layout of the apartment was great. we also really enjoyed the front garden and it was great place for us to have picnic lunch and snacks with the kids. It would be awesome to have picnic rug and bean bags or something to use in front garden area. The balcony out the back of the apartment could be a useful storage spot for those items. Would happily pay more for this apartment with a few minor upgrades like that.

For a one night stay the overnight rate did seem expensive for the facilities. Five star accomodation elsewhere has a lower tariff.

I wasn't a fan of shower over the bath ...wasn't appropriate for age group. Apart from that l really have nothing else l didn't like ! Everything else was fantastic 😊

Very quiet area...would recommend as it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Very clean and warm.beds excellent and cosy.. would definatly stay again 😊

The bathroom could have been cleaned a little more but otherwise everything else was extremely functional and presented in good condition.

Location of this property is amazing - just a stone's throw away from beautiful Lake Wendouree and access to some really good cafe's (which serve great coffee). The kitchen ammenities were fantastic - working kettle, toaster, microwave, large enough fridge, stove and cutlery.

Nothing it was great

Our apartment no.4 was gorgeous. We loved everything about it. It had it all even a fireplace. Very spacious and immaculate in a very convenient location with a lovely view of the lake 200m away. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Many thanks.

The toilet was difficult to flush

The property is located a very short walk from lake Wendouree with lots to explore on foot. A lovely cafe nearby and close to supermarket, but also in a very quiet street. we took our two small dogs .
