You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Loved the location close to everything we needed. Staff were fantastic especially at reception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bar and restaurant were great and met all our needs. We loved walking around the area in the evenings.

We loved our room with the gorgeous view, looking over the lakes. On New Year's we had a prime view of the fire works - right in front of us. The staff including John Thomas manager/owner and cleaner Sonya were absolute delights. We chose a room with an ensuite which was lovely. Just downstairs was the fabulous bar and restaurant. The food was delicious. We were thrilled to stay here for the price we paid in the high season. We can't wait to go back. The location to everything was perfect.

The room was very good. Bed and pillows excellent - best sleep. Bathrooms were excellent/modern. Hardly heard the street or pub noise.

AustraliaDidn’t eat there, so can’t report. Room and admin was great. Had an enjoyable and memorable visit with my daughter. Bit of noise from downstairs, not unreasonable, given it’a a pub hotel. Recommend create a specific area on the balconies for smokers. Plenty of room up there...address potential smoker and non smoker clients appropriately. I’m a smoker. I’ll be happy to revisit.

Excellent room newly refurbished to a high standard. Location very close to everything; beach restaurants, river etc. Pub is underneath but room was very quiet from 9:30pm. Room was not huge, but perfect for couples or single or business.
