Nothing serious at all. Maybe the decor/furniture is a bit out dated but very functional.

Absolutely loved the location so close to the lake with view onto it. The house itself was well equipped with all things one could possibly need. Having 6 people in our party it helped to have the use of 3 bathrooms. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay for a family get together!

Location is exceptional, right next to the lake and parks, quick and easy access to the walk around the lake. Facilities were excellent, very clean, comfortable. It was a hot day and the air-con was on, the rooms were very cool. Both beds were comfortable. Bread and milk provided as well as breakfast cereals and jams etc. Bathroom and kitchen both excellent.

Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been helpful as it was quite warm.

The location suited us perfectly. Lake Sambell just across the road, only 170 m from the rail trail, and 700 m from Beechworth Bakery. Inside the studio, plenty of cooking utensils, cups, plates and cutlery were provided. Our children and grandchildren camped at the nearby campground, just 15 walk away, and came over often for meals, so the outdoor seating and gas BBQ were well used and much appreciated.

Lovely location, excellent service, lovely accommodation. Unexpected little touches of milk, fresh bread and butter in the fridge, and warm throw rugs to snuggle up in on the couch made us feel very welcome.

Location was fantastic, within walking distance of town and right on the lake, tucked away at the end of a quiet street. Accom was comfortable and cozy with all needs taken care of. Would recommend, I know we will be back.

The location was beautiful with well maintained gardens and spotless interior of the unit. The studio had everything we could have asked for, all the mod cons and was cozy and quiet. The inside of the studio looked newly updated with clean lines and tasteful décor. James and Heidi were easily contacted for advice or support. They had supplied tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter and there was a selection of spreads. Being very close to Lake Sambell it was great for walks in a peaceful setting but also not far from the center of Beechworth. Highly recommended.

Contacted owner when close to property and property was open and keys inside awaiting our arrival. Studio has open lounge and kitchen/dining area with 2 bedrooms off this area. Large queen beds in each room with plenty of linen and blankets to keep you cosy. Proprty looks out onto lake from front fence. Undercover parking for the Studio.

Not really anything. There were lots of insects around, some already there inside when we arrived.

Nice place, had everything we needed and more. The owners were great and had great communication and the location is beautiful, with good views of the Lake outside! highly recommend. I like how the studio had two queen beds.
