The bathroom was a tad cramped and it was difficult doing the dishes in the bathroom sink. That was the only negative.

Location was great. The view was amazing. Was great for our dog in the lakeside cabin. Nice little park to walk around that has permanent residents as well. Neighbours were very friendly. Staff were great. Was great for the price.

No sink except in toilet/shower room and no freezer compartment in the fridge made things difficult as we were self-catering. Windows could be cleaner.

The room and facilities were in a poor state of repair. There was no one in reception when we arrived and when I called their number at 1.15pm they told me check in wasn’t till 2pm, even though I had written confirmation that we could check in at 1pm. Someone then came and checked us in.

The beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Linen was clean and the rooms were clean.

AC filters needed cleaning before it would work properly. Wifi reception poor, TV reception non existent.

It needs a bit of TLC outside . Parts of the outside looked a little grim and a tidy up would have made all the difference.

In the dark it was hard to find, we didn't know the area well. For night time needs to be sign posted.

Buildings & cabins showing their age. Lack of easy defined access to lake. Lack of designated parking areas seemed like a free for all

Employee overcharged us and made a fuss to refund, saying it was too complicated and offering free laundry instead. We refused and the owner issued the refund in 2 minutes, without any problem. Units are quite old.

We didn't like not having a kitchen sink. We are used to cabins having sinks in them. But it was nothing that we couldn't deal with. The cost was a bit on the higher side for what we got. But the beautiful lake views made up for that!

Just before we checked in, my partner randomly decided to check reviews online. And they are actually terrible, so we were a bit concerned. But when we got there and checked in, I might add that they allowed us to check in early, at 9am for $30 extra. Sometimes you get lucky when you ask to check in early and they have you booked in an already cleaned and ready to go cabin! I do not know what these people who wrote the bad review were expecting exactly? To us, it was average motel/caravan park accommodation. We stayed in a lake view cabin. Normally, the cabins we are used to have kitchen sinks, this one didn't, but neither do alot of small motels and hotels so it wasn't shocking to us. The cabin was also a bit older and outdated. But again. Wev stayed in worse places. I think maybe the people who left bad reviews were expecting 5 a star hotel room or a big-name caravan park resort? We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Grass needed cutting & it didn't feel very secure for a walk etc. There was not an effective lock on the flywire door and no effective security chain on wooden door. There were bugs on the floor probably due to proximity to the lake and water. Was a very basic cabin. Certainly no frills.

Booked a room with kids, and the smoking area was right outside the door. The door to the room was noisy and hard to open and the closing of that door was extremely hard and sounded like it was being slammed.

I did not like the location information. It is not Wolongong ,it is Windang or Warrawong. I expected that Wright suburb should have been given to me.

We stayed three days and when I went on the first night to say our kitchen sink had no plug she said ‘just rinse things’ and didn’t try to rectify it. The desk chair was very old and stained. The pool area furniture was old and mouldy. No nice sitting area near the lake. Close to main road, we found it a little noisy.

It was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Nice hot shower with a large shower head. Great smart tv.

Bedroom and bed were a little small. Can't even walk around the bed. Found a cockroach. Curtains were all frayed. Shower didn't appear clean - especially the floor. One towel had brown stains on it - we didn't use it Labels on liquids in shower were incorrect - two labelled conditioner.

Love the location and the view. Loved that it was stand alone, no connecting walls to other rooms. Loved the serenity - so peaceful Enjoyed the kitchenette facilities - very useful

The mattress on the double bed was hard. I would wake up with a sore back. The single bed was on wheels on vinyl floor so everytime you moved the bed would move . They have curtains at the window but can't have them open due to people could see in. They need to put some lace or something else behind those curtains so you can have them opened.
