The beds were a bit too hard on the back otherwise I can’t fault anything as we loved it.

We had a full equipped kitchen in our 1BR Daintree Villa and loved the luxury of the quiet area over the back. Being close to wildlife and nature was lovely and getting to sit out on either the back or the front verandah as well as the lounge was lovely. And the accomodation is also close to the local town shopping precinct and only a 5min drive to the Australia Zoo.

I booked for two separate adults. On arrival one double bed with no space in the room to walk around the bed and the other a bunk bed with a permanent ladder. Very difficult for elderly person to get into and very short.

No pedestrian crossings to get to the town centre

Great value for money, such a lovely park, great location, easy bus to the zoo, although getting to the town on foot is a bit more difficult as there’s no pedestrians crossings. Very friendly staff :)

I LOVED this property!! I kept rebooking here the whole two months that I was in the area. The staff was AMAZING!! The cabins were all clean and comfortable. The wildlife and the surrounding area were beautiful!!! Thank you to Claire, Wendy, Shannon and Katie!! You are all outstanding in providing everything for a perfect stay!!!

Just down the road from Australia zoo and 20 min to Caloundra for weekend market. great fire pit & they sell wood for $10 a bag. Very quiet friendly caravan park. stayed in Daintree Cabin. Bed super comfortable.

The location for us was perfect, a short 10 minute walk from the train station and sit was in a beautiful setting with a nice little lake and forest and wildlife around. The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful too. Gave us info on how to get to the supermarket in town, and helped us with ways of getting to Australia Zoo as we were travelling by foot. The site has a laundry facility, a bbq area and fire pit area too. Everything was perfect. The cabin itself was a lot bigger than we expected, we had everything we needed and enjoyed every moment at Ingenia. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at booking to go for it.

TV in lounge was tiny and only have free to air, no wifi but all good was only for when relaxing in the evenings. only thing I could fault

Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay too. Firstly we were only provided with one face washer, for a family of four to use, as well as three dinner spoons (all other cutlery and dishware came in sets of four). Secondly our microwave wasn't working which effected our ability to prepare food for our family (a big reason for selecting your accommodation compared to a motel). Thirdly in the night the first night I discovered a cane toad in our accommodation. We never left the door open so it definitely was there prior to our arrival. This posed a safety risk to myself and my family with small children. We tried to contact for your support via phone and attending the front office three times with no one there and no one answering. I was incredibly disappointed with our stay.

We appreciated the working stove, comfortable bedding and linen, and the local birdlife (the kids loved seeing the peahens visit).

Me nothing. The 13yr old daughter who slept in the bunk beds did not like the train noise at night and the key for the screen door on the outside was very hard to open.

Good location. Clean and tidy. Well presented grounds. Value for money. Would stay there again and would highly recommend to others.
