The bunk beds were very difficult to make. this could be difficult for some.

Nice and quiet, helpful staff, facilities very good. The Laundry facilities were so clean. Grandkids loved it. Loved the heated lights in the bathroom. We are from Darwin and it was cold when we visited. The wildlife coming to visit was also a great addition for all of us. 3 generations of family were staying.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like! We could have done with an extra towel (there was 4 for 5 people) and perhaps a second toilet roll would have been helpful but we only stayed 2 nights and neither of those things were major issues to us

It was super clean, spacious enough for a family of 5 without falling over each other, and had amenities we weren’t expecting in a cabin like an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The bathroom was modern and the beds all very comfortable

The staff at the check-in counter could have been more friendly when I approached them with the check-in form that they requested. It was a tad jarring to be greeted with "what do you want?" upon my arrival there. Another minor (really minor) complaint is that the check-in pack that I received highlighted the wrong property. Somehow we ended up at the right cabin, but had we followed the instructions provided, we'd have ended up at a campground instead.

It was a great cabin nestled amongst the woods in Lane Cove. It had just about everything you'd need for a 3-day getaway. There were 3 of us in the room and neither of us had any complaints about the place. The check-in process was really smooth given that we arrived at an ungodly hour. The rooms were very clean and stocked with just the right amount of coffee/tea packets and such. Only suggestion for improvement is to have more toiletries available based on the number of guests. Possible that I could've gotten more from the front desk had I asked, but it'd have been smoother if there were multiple tubes made available.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family with 3 children. Although we didn’t actually spend time on the park it was a great base for us visiting family in Sydney and just a 20minute drive into the city. In the mornings we enjoyed watching the wildlife that visited us on our balcony. Staff were friendly and very laid back. Our lodge was spacious and clean. We would definitely visit again and hopefully get to use more facilities.

The cabins are quite small, especially the bedrooms. We were a group of 5 so it was snug for my 3 adult children sharing the 3-bed bedroom.

Great location for what we were doing in Sydney. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The cabin was well appointed and clean. We also loved the bush setting.

There was quite a lot of dirt marks on the walls in the bunk room and toilet. The floor boards shifting was a bit painful when my daughter pinched her toe in the kitchen. Maybe put an exhaust fan in the toilet 💩

This property was excellent in terms of location, facilities and price point. Was a perfect balance of proximity to public transport and access to the city whilst also being secluded from the busyness of the city. Will definitely be back.

We wished that 2 towels per person were supplied as use one for body and one for hair. We also think it would have been handy to have another large bowl with a lid for the microwave.

We liked the location with all the birds around us in the trees and the facilities, including swimming pool, BBQ and playground. We also used the laundry washers and dryers in the amenities building, although a tip is to bring washing powder. The pool had a separate baby/ toddler pool. It was great to be in the National Park, and walking tracks led to picnic areas below in the N.P. It was also handy for visiting the Macquarie Park Crematorium and Cemetery or the Northern Suburbs Cemetery and Crematorium down the road in Delhi Rd. We had a 2 bedroom cabin which had double bunks in one room and another double. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets as well as a couple of face washers, bathmat, handtowel and a towel each were suppleid. The separate toilet to the Jack and Jill bathroom was handy. We appreciated the freezer in the bar fridge, and cupboard space, microwave, and 4 Burner stove top and used these to cook meals, as we used the outside table setting a couple of nights and the indoor table as well when it rained, in front of TV too. The AC worked well with fan in the double and we opened the doors to allow cool air to circulate in kids room. Shower was great with good pressure and room. Appreciated extras such as tissues supplied, bodywash and sanitary bags supplied, as well as the usual tras, coffee, sugar and milks. We also had our own supermarket stocks and there was cupboard space and usual cooking utensils and pots and pansfor stove top as well as strainer and one salad bowl were supplied.
