The air con wasn’t working in the second bedroom. There Could be block out curtains in the down stairs as it gets very hot in the morning with the sun in the windows. Heat rises and makes it harder to cool down upstairs part. The check in was complicated as the information wasn’t getting through via email, however this was Not owner’s fault.

I liked the size of the apartment and the ability to sleep up to 8 people. We had 6. The kitchen was well equipped and a great size. The facilities are fantastic. I love the visitors parking. A life saver for a visiting son with parking being expensive. The apartment was easy to access as far as location. I love the amount of pillows and blankets.

The location was good, easy to find, close to convenience shops for small items and close to bus stops. The facility fit an entire family.

The water pressure and shower heads made for a really unpleasant shower, and no mirrors in the main bedroom made it hard for makeup.

The location and layout of the apartment was incredible!we all absolutely loved it. Short walk to everywhere we needed to be.

I didn't realise this was an air b n b through booking.com. Probably would have tried to book into a hotel instead if I had known as had to take out our own rubbish. Also very specific instructions about what we could and could not do in the apartment. Most of the listed things would have been done out of common decency anyway however made me anxious about upsetting the neighbours when enjoying a reunion with our friends.

Great view! View from the staircase, from one of the bedrooms and the balcony - top notch. Nice and close to Howard Smith Wharves entertainment precinct, very handy. My boys got to swim in the pool on two separate occasions the weather was warm enough for it, which was good. Our designated parking spot was easy to find, access and close enough to the lifts, another positive.

There was a broken kitchen cabinet, some windows were missing there latches. And the sofa bed had a very thin mattress on it. All little maintenance things that would be easily fixed as we would be back again. We loved the location and apartment 🙂

A few windows didn’t have handles to close properly. For an apartment stating that it’s sleeps 8 the sofa bed in the dining area was extremely uncomfortable and needs a better mattress, if we were to have had 2 adults having to share this bed we would have been quiet upset.

Exorbitant cleaning fee, despite having to pre clean most of the apartment, dated and tired furniture and the apartment looks damaged. Terrible aromatics from the toilets… very bad

the air conditioning. this unit faces East and it is extremely hot on a sunny morning! the air conditioning didn’t seem to work as well as expected.

The check-in/out process was a little annoying - we had to go to a 7/11 shop that was a 5min drive away from the accomodation to collect AND drop off the keys. The apartment got a little hot and was bright in the morning - better blinds/curtains would be beneficial.

Great location with awesome views. Nice and tidy. The apartment complex had great facilities. Loved the welcome wine and chocolates - very thoughtful.
