The property was in a pristine condition. It was spacious, overlooking a beautiful river with a play area for kids. It had two bathrooms and three toilets, which was really nice. The rooms were really spacious and the toilet facilities were excellent. Accessing the property was seamless with the key code that the host sent to my email. The hosts were very friendly and swiftly available when needed. I would definitely like to stay there again when next I visit Noosa.

Small issues that didn’t take away from our stay were the remote gate that we couldn’t get to close and bed was too soft for us.

Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is excellent for walking, exercising and fishing. Handy to all services as well.

Not enough tea/coffee supplied for our length of stay plus there were no coffee pods even though a pod machine was available. Also this accommodation didn't supply shampoo & conditioner.

Location was excellent with a great view of the river. Bed was comfy and the home was very clean. Loved the generous large soap dispensers in all the bathrooms.

Entrance door lock unit was a little tricky to use with code. It timed out quickly and you would have to start again. We managed to get in despite this.

Closeness to amenities. Deck views to Noosa River and foreshore park. Water pressure in showers was good and hot. Lounge furniture comfy. Bed seemed a tad soft, but in the end we all got a good nights sleep. Kitchen was appointed well. Full size fridge was good and clean. Art work on walls was tasteful. Door lock code was emailed to us the morning of our arrival day, so no need for key handover. We would stay again without doubt.

Most of the furnishings were fantastic although some of the blinds were difficult to close. Towel rack in bathroom was loose and the dryer didn't seem to work very well.

The apartment looks great on the surface. There are a couple of things that let it down like loose cold tap fitting in main shower kept falling off.

Handy to cafes, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Enjoy walks & plenty of amenities along the Noosa River. Opposite a huge playground & grassed area, handy if you've got little ones. House is quiet, can't hear any noise from outside or from other rooms upstairs or down. A relaxing get away that can be as quiet or busy as you'd like. House has everything you need. Beds comfortable. Carport around the back or plenty of street parking for extra cars. Pool small but perfect for us 4, perfect temperature too. We relaxed for many hours around the pool in the deck chairs. Claire was very helpful & quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a great long weekend! Hope to be back one day.

Everything was fantastic Staff were amazing and very responsive. We loved everything. The only issue we had was the dryer didn't work, the staff were there within 20 minutes to check it. It could not be fixed on the long weekend but we had great weather so used the outside line. The driveway and parking is tight if you have a big car like us but fine for a normal sized car.

The place was a little dirty when we arrived, especially the floors under foot, which felt sandy or dirty. And there was a pile of dirt swept into a corner behind a single seat in the living room and a broken lamp that (as it turns out was being propped up by the single seat) and fell on my head when I moved the chair. I personally gave the floors a vacuum. There's a lot of marks and peeling paint in a lot of areas on walls, skirting and window frames. The deck chairs and ottomans on the pool deck area outside the master bedroom was messy, literally not straightened up and orderly for the arrival of new guests at all, as was the pool area and the umbrella was in the pool - we dragged it out. The WIFI also didn't work and we had to use a small dongle for the TV and devices which wasn't able to support what we needed. I understand these things can happen, but it was still an unexpected inconvenience. However, the holiday rental manager was very responsive and tried to help as best as possible. She did offer to refund me $150 but this has not yet been received. I have contacted her to ask when the refund will be done and she advised it would be done through Booking.com, but nothing has come through yet.

The location and view were fantastic, and the bed was comfortable.
