We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandContinental breakfast was a bit limited. It was a breakfast box that had been delivered to villa. On the other hand, there are good breakfast restaurants nearby. It would be good to have shade on the terrace.
Villa was very spacious. Comfortable bed. Bathroom has two sinks. The view of the vines and mountains was breathtakingly beautiful. Quiet. The restaurant had excellent food, made from high-quality ingredients. We ate a 5 course menu and that was so delicious. Staff was very friendly.

AustraliaThe verandah could have done with hot tub/spa facilities. The cost of the room was expensive and the addition of a spa would have justified this cost. The decoration of the room was unusual and didn't seem to make sense with the area. The restaurant wasn't open, so we had to travel to eat, thus couldn't enjoy the alcohol.
Breathtaking views, spacious room, highly modern bathroom, neat facilities for kitchen. Great parking.

Breakfast was ok . The bread left in the freezer was appalling . Definitely not up to standard , Only two pieces and were the last two pieces of the loaf ! I would expect fresh bread in the fridge for the price we paid for the room . Possibly even fresh juice . Below par compared to other establishments in Pokolbin .

PolandThe steak at the restaurant was not too good considering the price tag and reputation of the restaurant. The quality of the meat was not good. Breakfast was included but it just a box of cereal and a few items left in the room. For the price tag better Breakfast options should be provided...
