Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A beautiful outlook from the restaurant, breakfast was more than I expected but you had to pay for proper coffee or make instant coffee. The gardens are lovely. It’s a convenient location if you have a car. The room was large.

AustraliaThe room was lacking in atmosphere, no pictures on the wall. Very stark. Looking at the map I thought it would be possible to walk into the Main Street but it is too far to walk. Paid parking everywhere is terrible,including less popular lookouts. I realise that it is not something that the hotel can change however I think it will hinder tourism.
Breakfast was very good and the views from the breakfast room was very nice. The staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and the gardens very nice . The whole place was well looked after.

AustraliaWe didn’t have anything to fault, the place did meet our expectations. It was ashamed the weather was foggy for us to enjoy the surroundings. Overall we still enjoy our stay.
It was a great 1 night stay, close to all the eateries and most hiking spots. The place was clean and very comfortable stay and the heating was very efficient. We would recommend to family and friends and definitely come back again. Buffet breakfast was good .
