Everything, the location was fantastic, it was quite private and the view of the beach was sensational. The facilities were excellent. The décor was very tasteful and really made the stay special. The little added touches like fresh milk in the fridge were really appreciated. Above all this is a very special location and one of the best places I have stayed at to unwind and enjoy the quite and be in touch with nature.

Very secluded with absolutely stunning views, perfect retreat for our honeymoon and a great base for exploring the island. The enchanted fig tree dining experience was absolutely sensational and so unique!

We weren't as blown away by the accommodation as we thought we were going to be, especially for the price.

The accommodation is primarily all about the location and that view, which is stunning. On our last day we were treated to a pod of dolphins playing in the water.

There was nothing not to like.

The house was superb as was the sunning location and view over the beautiful Snelling Beach. The house was very comfortable and had everything you need for a fabulous holiday.

A few basic provisions would be nice ( comparing to other similarly priced accommodation ) - a few breakfast items ? The corrugated plastic window is off-putting & looks shabby ( is it temporary ?). A glass window would be a great improvement.

Location is perfect - especially with a full moon ! Bed was very comfortable.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that our stay was over too quickly , leaving the property was the only problem I had with this place…. Yes, it’s that good.

We loved everything about this property. It was easy to find and as soon as we opened the door it felt like we were in heaven. The property is beautiful, so serene and peaceful, with amazing attention to detail…. And the views are to die for! We loved the view from the windows and the short walk to what was essentially a private beach. Everything we could have wished for was provided and the bed was wonderful to sleep in, lovely crisp white sheets. We had a booking at the near by restaurant, which while expensive, was excellent. I highly recommend and would do again in a heart beat. Other guests had a long drive back, to us it was a short drive up the hill… A truly magical stay, which I am grateful to have been able to experience.

Location, location, location! We stayed in the Beach Retreat for three nights as part of our ten year wedding anniversary celebrations. It was beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. We also indulged in “The Feast” by Gastronomo which we enjoyed.
