Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Plenty of parking, ground floor access. Pets allowed. Bed was decent.

AustraliaThere were some wear and tear items that needed attention. Chain lock on door broken, couch covers stained and coming apart to show the foam inside. As non-smokers, opening your door to find you neighbors outside it smoking was not ideal.
It was generally clean and presented well. Quiet inside the room.

AustraliaThe carpet was the worst carpet I have ever seen, like 50 dogs had left unrine stains on the carpet. The lady at reception did warn us that the carpet was being replaced but I feel like they shouldn't even let anyone stay in that room until the carpets are replaced or at least offer a discount.
The shower was nice, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Was a free breakfast but didn't take up the offer as we decided to make an early start on the rest of the road trip and would have had to wait until 7am for breakfast.

The location was perfect for what we needed, they accepted pets and the bed was comfy.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately WIFI connexion was not the best...and this is top important for me (working during my trip). Was just ok in the evening (slow) but a disaster in the morning. Some upgrade would be needed, as it does not cost a fortune. Also outside there was some noisy people, but this can't be hotel's responsability, it's just a question on how educated are the people.
Very sympathic lady at front desk. Location is convenient. Room was clean and well furnished with usual fridge and coffee making facilites. Good air conditionned. Pleasant continental breakfast.
