Our cabin had been updated, but most of the property wasn't. Close to a main road. An hour walk into town centre. Thought it was a little over priced

bed is very comfy, staff gave me a Wi-Fi and didn’t charge me of it because I wasn’t aware of, good view and super nice owner too, highly recommend to anyone who visit mount gambier !

The only thing I did not like was that the mattresses were too hard, and when I showered, the shower curtain stuck to my legs. Neither of these is a big issue as I was only staying for one night.

the location was very convenient, very close to being in town, Maccas just down the road, and not to far to travel to the shops. great signage, couldn't miss the place, it was very easy to get to.

It was mid-Spring, and the only heating is in the kitchen, which was fine, so the bathroom & bedrooms were cold, particularly the floors. Free Wifi provided which is good but the reception in the room is very poor. The separated hot/cold bathroom basin tap.

Joanne is a very friendly proprietor. We were on the way from Adelaide to Port Campbell for our self-driving GOR journey and this was a good place for an overnight stopover. Very tidy room and comfortable bedding with clean useful kitchen utensils and appliances. A perfect location for seeing the Umpherston Sinkhole and Blue Lake. clean room.

Couldn't work out the shower. It was either burning hot or freezing cold there was no inbetween. Not very good for young children.

The room was clean and cosy. The manager (Joanne) was lovely.

The only heating is in the bedroom which was fine - but it was early Spring, so the bathroom & kitchen were cold, particularly the floors! Not good location if you don't have a car - long walk to town!

This was a good place for an overnight stop between Melbourne & Adelaide, with the added interest visiting the Blue Lake. Very friendly proprietor, clean room, free WiFi in the room, good shops/restaurants a short drive away.

The room was well presented but a little old fashioned, had a area to eat but no stools to sit on had to eat food on the lounge chair. New appliances but walls could be updated, had a dripping tap.

Located on outskirts of town, only 5 minutes drive to centre of town. Reasonable cost of stay. Clean and met my needs.

Bit dark outside with a light that needed replacing. Not enough cupboard space in the bathroom. Had to wash up dishes in the bathroom sink which was very unexpected. No kitchen area (thus no sink) but microwave, kettle and toaster supplied along with plates and utensils which was useful. Shower water mixer was a bit dodgy but we made it work.

Very close to the event at the showgrounds so very handy. Comfortable beds. Microwave was dead and was replaced very quickly. Mobile WiFi made available to me as the top end of the park didn't get the usual signal. No kitchen area but microwave, kettle and toaster supplied along with plates and utensils which was useful.

People in neighbouring room was annoying. Walls are too thin and you can hear them talk.
