The lounge rooms and the surrounding grounds are very pretty. Staff members are all very nice. Swimming pool is nice, water quite warm. Wish I could stay longer.

Lovely property. Appreciated the assistance from staff (restaurant) with our luggage as it was raining and after dark when we arrived. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional and service matching. Comfy beds.

Such a beautiful, lavish and tranquil place. Loved the ambience and the style of the hotel. Spacious rooms, quality bedding, amazing views. Lots of areas to relax and blend with nature. It is one of the rare places I would love to come back

The location was a little bit far and pitch dark at night!

Early check in and kind staff! The receptionist gave my daughter a star stuffed toy for her birthday, that’s so sweet! We really appreciate it.

Furniture in the bedroom was sparse and power points few and far between. Would have been handy to have a side table to put a drink on next to the sofa. There was no power point near the desk.

Property presented beautifully and staff were exceptionally helpful. Location was great and central to wineries and restaurants. Room was very comfortable with a great outlook. Breakfast was great with good coffee. Very comfortable beds!

The only issue we faced would have been the torrential downpour we experienced during the night of our stay. It meant that our boots got a little muddy on our trek around the property - hardly an issue. Lots of designated rugs and boot cleaners before you re-enter the vicinity.

Lots of great facilities and services, not enough time to use them all - so, i'll be looking forward to a longer stay next time.

The property was absolutely stunning perfect for a romantic winter get away. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with and catered to any needs. I Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. The breakfast was really great too with so many amazing wineries at your door step so location was perfect. Exceptional value for money.

Breakfast was lovely - really appreciated them finding me some gluten free bread. The coffee was excellent. The ambiance of the whole place was lovely and the wood burning fire was gorgeous. When we came back in the evening we sat by the fire and they kindly served us drinks. We had a lovely stay and are gifting our friends a weekend there too. Only improvement I can suggest is there were only two teabags (the rest was herbal) which meant we couldn't have a second cup of tea in the morning. A few more tea bags would have been nice. Oh - and the temperature of the room was perfection. So comfortable.

I was there on a Monday so no restaurant or room service which would have been nice but I went out for dinner which was a good experience.

The staff were super friendly, the room I stayed in was heavenly (garden room), I love all the lounges - and they had the fire going in many of them which was heaven on a grey day. The games room is a lovely moody room at night. Oh! And the bunnies!

Booked a night away as a surprise to celebrate my best friends 40th and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful location with the most gorgeous gardens. Staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Room was lovely (bed was like sleeping on a cloud) and loved all the other spaces throughout the hotel to relax. The buffet breakfast was so great as well. The dining room was beautiful and they had such a great variety. Highly recommend!!
