It was great to be able to find cute accommodation at very short notice. It was very clean and tidy. Was lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down and enjoy the peace and quite of the property.

We could not work out the key. The front door appeared to be locked when we arrived and we put the code in and was then able to open the front door but reading the guide book it appeared the code box should have opened for us to find the key to be able to lock and open the door but we could not work this out and so was unable to lock the house the whole time we were there. We did feel safe there though.

Well catered for. Really loved the bread and variety of spreads supplied

-Lounge chair could be updated, it was not very comfortable/sunken -There was no shampoo and conditioner -It would be good to provide butter for the bread, a chopping board and a sponge to be able to wash the dishes -Suggest placing a mat at the door to be able to clean shoes before entering the house (as needed to walk over dirt to get to the stairs/house)

-Spacious accomodation -Beautiful peaceful surroundings -Use of large verandah area -Continental Breakfast provisions were great -Communication about checking in/out -5min walk to the Main Street

The place could use a lick of paint and a dust for the cobwebs but it is in the country😊

Great, comfortable bed, A nice continental breakfast which was plentiful. Gorgeous views outside and a very handy laundry.. Lovely large TV which would have been lovely to relax as I had a few days sick but a poor owl clipped the antenna and so no TV but that was ok it wasn't a must have for the holiday.. Thank you for a lovely stay. 😀

The couch was extremely uncomfortable and sunken in, the bathroom could use a bit of a good scrub.

The feeling of isolation but still very close to town, the welcome basket was nice, the views from the balcony, the welcome booklet was fantastic.

Shower curtain was mouldy. Group of people upstairs a bit noisy until 2am Friday night. Broken door latch to floor so this rattled all Friday night, we jamed the door to stop the rattle. Had a storm go through and water came in from inside ceiling by door.

The room was very good, nice breakfast, lovely view of the town Bed very comfortable and gas heater worked well as did air-conditioning

Minor things; Could do with a couple of extra tea towels, another chopping board, instructions on the dishwasher (we weren’t sure if it was ‘on’).

Large homestead feel, with nice view. Ample hot water, good heating, cute fire. Lots of good quality wine glasses and kitchen utensils. Basic Breakfast items were a nice touch, so too some basic cooking ingredients We met the llamas, goat and sheep from next door. Comfy bed you don’t want to get out of.

We stayed at the pig and pinoir room downstairs. Everyday new small black worms came into the room and we had to get rid of them. There were also lots of these worms on the veranda. On the carpet under the lounge table lay remnants of someone else. The little bathroom was not very inviting. Better not to open the shutters, because then so you can’t see the dirty windows and spiderwebs. The jug didn’t fit under the little sink in the bathroom (the only possibility to fill it) The lights beside the walkway to our entrance were not functioning, without our torch we couldn’t open the door. We hope the room gets soon more TLC!

The location was magnificent, with a garden overlooking the valley and sheep grazing around the property. The bed was good and clean. At first glance the big room looked very nice and special, but unfortunately not on closer inspection.
