I find the menu a bit uninteresting so we ate out. Breakfast is fine if a little limited in choice.

We had a Heritage room. It was cozy and there were several heaters but it is cold given the big windows and the addition of a blanket/throw rug would be great. The Southern Highlands magazines from 2021-2022 could be upgraded as mentions of past covid times were best forgotten for a weekend away. These are small things though. Links House is beautiful and we would stay there again.

Links House is a charming small hotel with a beautiful country atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant is superb, one of the best meals we have ever had. The location near the golf course is lovely and quiet yet close to the heart of Bowral. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway to a quaint guest house style vacay I would recommend Links House. Make sure you book for dinner as the restaurant is quite an intimate small setting.

No atmosphere in the front room where the fire place is - some music would have been good.

The location was perfect and the gardens are stunning. There was so much light coming in from the windows that made our room feel so light and airy. Michael from the restaurant was so friendly and referred to us by our names which made you feel like you were dining at a friend's place.

Bedroom was very small, TV and streaming didn't work, and it was generally a bit tired and therefore overpriced.

Location was very pretty but a bit far from city centre. Dinner was excellent but expensive. Staff were very helpful and hospitable.

It was noisy in the hallway and the chair in the room was weird and not at all comfortable to sit on. A nice comfortable chair would be great.

The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were exceptional, took us to our room and showed us where everything was. Bed was comfy.

Hot water terrible, went cold if someone in a neighbouring room turned theirs on. Walls very thin - could hear people in next room talking. Did not like steps up and down between rooms - dangerous. Had someone looking after the bar area last time we were there - no-one this time. Could have sold us more drinks.

Dinner excellent, breakfast excellent. Front office and waitstaff very friendly. Checkin quick and easy.

Hand basin in bathroom too small. Water from shower splashes onto toilet. Very difficult to watch live free to air TV. TV location too far from seating area, could not read screen. No power outlets near bedside tables.
