Maybe a few different options on the breakfast menu, it was very bacon/egg heavy. That’s only a minor thing

Phenomenal staff, first time I’ve ever been shown to my room and had features explained to me. The room was great, comfortable bed, table space, couch. Brilliant blinds so the room was nice and dark. Free water in the fridge came in very handy. Close to where we were going, so we walked.

The place smells great, location is close to the Lithgow train station and brunch areas. The reception on arrival was friendly, walked us to our room and show us the parking lot where there’s plenty of parking available if you are travelling by car. The room is clean and bed and pillow is comfortable.

It was amazing. Rooms were a fantastic size. The bed was so comfortable. We only had to walk down the corridor and you were in the club. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean & SPACIOUS. They supplied 2 extra pillows on the bed as requested. On top of that they also supplied 3 extra pillows, 2 extra toilet rolls, 2 extra face washers, 1 extra hand towel, 1 extra sanitary bag, 1 extra cotton bud set and. 1 extra shower cap. They also supplied 4x Complimentary Bottled Water plus 4x complimentary cookies. Body soap, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner were great too, i like the mild fragrant and they feels great on my skin and hair. The bathroom also has magnifying mirror. Those are GREAT. They should’ve called themselves HOTEL instead of Motel because the facility is so much better than some hotels we’ve stayed in the past. We had dinner at the RSL connected to it, generous portions and our steaks cooked beautifully. They have exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit to Lithgow and furst time staying here but definitely won’t be the last. We’ll be back.

Locating the check in desk from the rear carpark was not straight forward

The room size was large and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Rooms are a little noisy. There was a loud truck or train both nights that woke me. My friends said they could hear the room next door too much.

The staff -hosts, house keeping and restaurant staff- were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was lovely. Country feel but so professional.

A lady called Deb checked us in, she took us to our room and explained how to operate key etc and showed us some of the facilities in our room. I have NEVER had that excellent customer service before, above and beyond. I have travelled for work for the last 20 years and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Customer service goes a long way😁
