Not much could be improved. Perhaps the room could have been a bit bigger. Would have been good to have some Lactose free milk in the communal kitchen.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are super friendly and the rooms are very luxurious. Our room had a king size bed, large bathroom and great tea and coffee facilities all part of the package.

The smart TV did not function properly - unable to stream shows and stuck with ordinary free to air TV. Staff tried to fix without success.

Check in was easy. Staff support to check in and explain the property very good. The location is excellent - 8 minute walk to Central Station and lots of cafes, bars, restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Room was very comfortable, great aircon and QUIET!! Complimentary coffee and breakfast bar very convenient.

No complaints! We had a great stay.

We stayed as part of our honeymoon. When we arrived at 10am our room wasn't ready yet, but within an hour, we got a text that it was ready. When we came back, the agent at reception told us that they were upgrading us to their biggest suite since it was our honeymoon! The suite was so beautiful, and I was so touched by this gesture, I nearly started crying when we entered the suite. The suite was so spacious and comfortable, with the biggest soaking tub I have ever used, and a huge washroom complete with a double shower. It was a truly luxurious stay to kick off our honeymoon and we were very sad to leave.

Quiet location with great restaurants around. Short walk to the Central Station which connects to the airport. Staff were very lovely, great hospitality, clean rooms, and there is a bar/breakfast treats/cocktail station which is nice. Rooftop patio for some fresh air as well. Would recommend for a stay in Sydney with close proximity to the subway line.

I would have loved my room to have a view - that's all! Otherwise it was a lovely stay :)

The staff were lovely, the bed and the shower were amazing ~ very, very comfortable stay. The little additions like the complimentary pastry spread and coffee in the morning were lovely. Very happy I chose this hotel for 4 nights during a busy seminar ~ a great place to come and wind down :)

Unique hotel decorated very nicely they had thought of everything you would need in your hotel. Roof top terrace was nice to rest up there breakfast snacks and coffee was great. And all the staff very amazing

The bathroom sink was small and the tap was badly placed meaning that it was awkward to use and not very functional. The shower also flooded the entire bathroom space.

Everything was great and paid attention to detail. The pastries in the morning were lovely. The beds were super comfortable and the location is amazing. Such a gem.

Nothing to find fault with although the reception entrance is around the back of the building access. Maybe an issue if you are a lady arriving alone late in the day. Reception is super and staff super held.

Location. Extra close from Albion to Central and rail to Airport. History of the old building that was once a convent when religious sisters ministry to the inner city poor. The Salvation Army is still operating a few doors down. Close to interesting restaurants.

Fab location in Surry Hills - right on the doorstep of lots of amazing wine bars, cafes and restaurants. Gorgeous hotel with the comfiest bed! So close to Central station which made getting to/from airport a breeze!
