Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Australiacold shower tap very tricky and difficult to work, no dishwasher tabs, we could find anyway, remote batteries on aircon flat,.. we had lovely note from owner re a plumber going to be contacted to fix downstairs cystern.. however , next day i missed a call , no further attempt was made to contact us we came home an hour later to find plumber had gained access to the house to fix problem and we were unaware he was to enter. the agent should not have engaged the plumber and given access untill we were aware and approved access or given chance to be there , you book a stay and that space is technically yours to control in regards to un attended entry. we were not happy in that regard. estate agent did apologise but that is not the point when she rang about 2 hours later to try and let me know the plumber was coming. he had been and gone the property has a huge water problem , on second night experienced severe storm, downstairs became a river through the garage and laundry and water running down the inside wall of the under house garage, the downstairs toilet and shower also leaked a substancial amount of water It was an exceptional storm , but when looking up and around it would appear it is a historical problem. will comment it did not affect our stay we were snug and cosy upstairs
The property was very tidy, very clean and well looked after, functional and suited our stay as we were visiting family. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils , a coffee machine but no pods. great hot water comfy beds and nice sitting area . however all this is upstairs accessed by a narrow internal stair. great heating and extra blankets provided as it was cold. would stay again as it was a great property.

AustraliaThe hosts would benefit from having some linen available for guests. For example a bath mat and some hand towels. Also we could have been advised that there was no soap in the house. Minor details but would be helpful.
Agent was friendly and helpful and ensured that we were aware of the location. The House was extremely clean with plenty of facilities that were easily accessible. Very quiet and peaceful location.

the location was nice and close to town, and easy to get to tavern from there as well. double garage with internal access. also having spare blankets came in handy for us last night when it got colder.

Australiait was advertised that there was a dryer at the property when we got there and had a look around there was no dryer, which made things difficult as it rained everyday we had no way of drying our clothes.
the beautiful view from the top deck, how close it was to most places and only a short 5 min drive to the beach!

AustraliaIt rained 3days no dryer so wet towels and ran out of clothes also the neighbour constantly yelled obscenities at her children and the driveway was very steep so parked across the street rain pooled at back door and downstairs laundry
