We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful view on Little Beach in Nelson Bay. The unit was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. There are ceiling fans to each room. Bedrooms have wardrobes, practical for storage.

AustraliaParking space is very small, not for a normal sized car. We had to park on the street. Received far too many unnecessary emails from the property agent. No clear information about what is provided in the apartment.
The view was beautiful, great location. The beach is just across the road and it's good for swimming and snorkelling. The apartment was clean, towels, beddings, soap provided (no shampoo) We checked-in after business hours, the key was in a locked box next to the office.

Australiathe cleanliness could of been better the back of the doors were dirty there was a used tissue and eye mask behind the double bed and we left it there.. no hot water at all coming out of the sink tap mould in the the bathroom up on the wall due to no exhaust fan and the bathroom window didn’t open. the drying rack outside is rusted and left marks on my towels as we used our own linen the coffee table were dusty

AustraliaThe unit really needs a very good clean!! Plus the clothes rack on the verandah was rusty so was a soap holder in the main shower rusty too. Both items would be best removed & replaced by new! Not a good look.Pus would you like to hang your wet swimmers & towels on a rusty clothes hanger ?In the main room the bed head had dust all around the bed head & bedside tables.😱 In the bathroom the shower door screen handle was broken off. The mattresses in the bunk beds in the second room were very bad! All needs to be removed &=updated with new mattresses. Main room was just ok to sleep on? Except the main room mattress protector was dirty / hair on it !! Not cleaned previously? Out dated sheets/ not fitted. plus had to put sheets supplied onto the beds on arrival wasn’t the best start to a holiday !
