The mattress was a little soft. But this is just a personal preference.

The property was amazing. Had everything you could need for a great long weekend. We were warm and comfortable and close to all the shops.

There were some challenges for the mobility impaired. I didn’t like the stark bright bed lights. My companion says having to leave was her only complaint.

Visually appealing, in a great location close to town and river walks. Loved the industrial decor.

The house was stunning and well decorated. We loved the attention to detail. It was very comfortable and clean. The master bedroom 🛌 was extremely comfortable as well. Loved everything about the 🏠

Perhaps some more hanging space - only 1 of the bedrooms had a cupboard. The dining room doors were hard to open/close (and somewhat noisy) due to the rubber draught stoppers getting caught. Having a young child meant we were very conscious of the many decorative items.

Easy walk into the CBD. Close to parks/walking tracks/Parkrun. Well-equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished rooms. Warm, comfortable beds. Useful external facilities (including outside toilet). Quiet location. Good private parking.

The house was well set-up, my only comment was the lack of hanging space for washing made it hard to manage the family's laundry.

The room we used didn't have a hanging rack or wardrobe but used the one in other room.

The house was clean and well maintained, close to centre of Bathurst. We walked to the river to see gardens. Ate at the Smile Elephant Thai, excellent food.

It pretty much had everything we needed. Maybe a smart TV would be helpful for some people.

The cottage was super warm, inviting and cozy. The heating was excellent and the cottage was very clean. Great location, close to town, the shops restaurants etc I took a lovely walk along the river while I was there. Close to the local pool as well. I was really grate for the heating. every room had some form of heating in it. really important when visiting Bthurst in the middle of winter. .

The only thing that I can complain about was the smell coming up from the drain in the bath tub. I put the plug in but it was still atrocious.

What a beautiful place. The cottage is well equipped, it has wonderful beds and pillows. The quirky design furniture was marvelous and we loved random books everywhere. Highly recommend this place .

Communication up front unclear. I asked a question re easy access for mobility impaired and it was not answered.

There was a lot of care and attention in presentation and provisions. It is a unique property with a lot of charm. It was great having 3 bedrooms with queens or doubles. The gardens were exceptional and very creative.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

My adult son and I stayed 2 nights for his Uni graduation. Beautifully renovated and decorated cottage. Well equipped with appliances, extra pillows blankets and all the little things. Very warm and cosy. Didn't get to use the backyard, but it looked very nice. Close to town.
