Accommodation facilities were fine - just a very strong musk odour.

Breakfast was at an adjacent cafe. The service there was VERY slow. The food quality left a bit to be desired.

Beautiful setting, loved waking up to see nothing but trees and a beautiful view. The place was cosy and super clean. Very close to olinda shops and loved the breakfast voucher that was included with the stay.🩷

'breakfast included' was actually a voucher for a cafe and it wasn't enough to cover the cost so we paid the difference. The house itself is in need of a deep clean, cobwebs and dust as well as grime in the bathrooms. The tap broke on our last day and the water wouldn't stop running. We were also given the wrong code to enter the house but the contact person did answer straight away and was able to help.

Location was great, heating and lights were turned on for us before we arrived which was nice. The house is very nice and the deck is lovely, having 2 levels means that you can enjoy separate spaces when staying with a few people .

I would have loved to hav a hairdryer available and a heated blanket for bed or a small heater upstairs when u don’t want to use the big log heater ☺️

The fact we had to go home….

We stayed in the main Lochiel house which was just incredible. Loved the huge deck wrapped around the back of the house, the jacuzzi was just perfect to soak in, open fire place crackling away… cannot fault it.

the cleanliness of the accommodation could be slightly better and milk was a bit dodgy and seperated in our coffees every time.. Not the venues fault. looked like a manufacturer issue of the product. wife and I love this place and we will continue to come back.

Beautiful location with a gorgeous view, warm cottage once the fire was lit. Everything was about a 5 min walk which was great. Allan was lovely to deal with always answered any questions I had very quick responses from him.

Bit of road noise nearby, could be nice to have more vegetation separating the cabins and road, helping to make it feel more secluded too, but it wasn't too bad. Preferred the smaller 3 level cabins (from a previous stay) and their more intimate and homely feel, rather than this bigger one, but that's just personal preference, there was nothing wrong with it. (No bathroom door a bit odd though lol)

Very nice cabin. Subsidised breakfast at nearby Ranges restaurant was very good. Nice location and cabin, generous amount of wood and kindling to start the fireplace, and was clean and tidy. Good amount of items available in the kitchen for us to cook our own proper dinner. Super friendly local wildlife came to say hello on the balcony too which was great.

didn’t like the spider webs on the outside of the windows.the house could have been cleaner,dirty grout on bathroom tiles and dusty floors.

I liked that it was spacious but coszy.i liked that it was in the tree tops,and also enjoyed the view from all the windows.I loved the spa bath and the fireplace.

Minor things really. The home needs a little bit of maintenance here and there. The windows need a clean and maybe some painting to be done. The accommodation is not very well signposted.

Excellent split level contemporary style accommodation with all facilities. Combustion heater was great way to warm the home. Beautiful outlook on the woods.

Doesn’t bother me at all, but there’s lots of moths and bugs around - obviously you’re in the bush. But if you’re someone who doesn’t like bugs, maybe think twice.

Nice location nestled away in the ranges. Very private, quiet and so nice to wake up “in the bush”. Amazing spa bath and bed was so comfy! Whole check in process was super easy and free brekkie the next day was YUM!
