Great to deal with when needed somewhere to stay in a hurry close to Canberra Hospital. Got to check in a little early and it's walking distance to the Hospital. Very reasonable rate especially with bonus Booking.com Genius discount.

A top sheet for the bed would have been good. The fuzzy blanket alone was a bit of a weird texture on the skin. There was some mould in the shower. A small amount of noise from the adjoining house, but quiet after 10pm.

Had everything needed and plenty of space. On property parking was also useful and it was in a leafy backyard. The aircon was great and also had the option of opening windows for fresh air.

The parking was very tight. Trees and bushes could be trimmed back more and the gate posts created a tight opening. Medium size car just fitted with the mirrors folded in.

The location suited our needs and its proximity to the little shopping strip with cafe and bakery was a bonus. The air-conditioning worked really well.

Tiling in bathroom needs updating. Advertised as bed and breakfast, no food options available.

1. the email giving us the instructions for entering the property arrived far too late; we had to knock on the door of the other property on the block; I'm unsure if that was the landlord or not. (Hence the low score for staff above). 2. Parking on site is not really possible even if you want to pay for it. You might be able to get a very small sedan in, but not recommended.

It was a good place for the one night we needed accommodation in Canberra. A quiet location; our need was to be close to Woden Town Centre and it is just 5 minutes away.

Tea and coffee amenities (including cleaning supplies) were provided but there is no kitchen sink/bin inside. It wasn't clear but we used the outdoor faucet in the garden for the dishes and the large council bin for trash. Some instructions/advice on the table with wifi login details would make the process smoother. Lastly, the accommodation is located in a suburban area and provided in a "owner hosted style" so general suburban nighttime sounds should be expected - this is not a real con unless you are looking for a "hotel"/"BNB"/"more involved host" experience (which we weren't but may be of interest to others who are unsure).

A nice suburban location - no construction or plane sounds from nearby hospital were heard during our stay despite the warning in the description by the host. Accommodation is a large ensuite room (separate back entrance) in part of an existing dwelling with heating/air con and clean, comfortable bedding. Unlimited on-street parking available on the weekend (time limited during weekdays). Host was flexible and hands off but available if needed.

Bit of knocking of water pipes, could have a fold out bed for 2nd person if need to sleep separate beds. Parking was limited in the street.

Location was perfect for our hospital visit. I appreciate that I could drive to up the drive way to unload. In hindsight I could have left the car in the driveway anyway since owners car had not moved anyway while we were there. I appreciate that it would have been possible to park in the driveway.

The room was private, quiet and comfortable, the location to the hospital is perfect for early appointments. I would suggest this room to others and will use again if needed.

the two bed pillows were not good quality. Even adding two on top of each other was insufficient for a comfortable neck support. The shower rose dripped all night and I could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. I had to use ear plugs to enable me to sleep. The fridge’s freezer needs defrosting and new ice in the drink ice blocks as the current ones tasted stale. The three lounge cushions all need replacing as they provide no comfort and the bed didn’t have a flat top sheet! I suspect the throw used instead of a fresh sheet isn’t washed after each visitor!!! Basic comfort! Hosts Could do a lot to improve the comfort of the facility. Curtains were poorly hung and impossible to easily draw closed.
