Staff was friendly and accomodating, very spacious whole 2nd floor unit,very comfortable, modern, love the 4 toilets and showers + bath, very clean and relaxing.

One small thing to consider - there were very few cooking utensils. Not a problem if you’re always eating out, however we did make a few meals for ourselves and the lack of utensils made us have to think a bit.

We would love a heated pool that could be utilised in winter.

Loved the beautiful, luxurious fit out and furnishings. The balcony overlooking surfers paradise was exceptional, particularly at night. The outdoor furniture was comfy and large and easily seated 8.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, great for a large group. Located in a quiet residential area with water views, walking distance to shops and restaurants on Chevron Island and easy walk to Surfers Paradise shops and restaurants.

The apartment was beautiful but there was a lot of cleaning that was not done. The walls needed to be cleaned as you could easily see there were brown patches all over them, the glass doors had fingerprints all over them, in the kitchen draws were not clean, the furnishings had not been cleaned, For the price you pay for the beautiful apartment the cleaning should also match that. One of the bathroom’s ventilation or sewage system is not working. The bathroom smells very bad.

Lacked in attention to detail. A cockaroach was found understand the bed sheets. There was multiple problems with different items, including dirty cups, broken air con, broken side living room table, scratches along almost every wall, mystery stains on the carpet. There was also a smell to one of the bathroom drains. In future, a pantry with basics like oil and baking paper would be nice. There should also be spare tea towel and chux, considering there is four bedrooms.

Being cohered in providing credit card details over the phone (my card's been hacked before from this method), to pay for deposit (not expected on Booking.com) and having to send driver's license photo to unknown property manager as an SMS. The exact reason we go through platforms such as Booking.com is to avoid this kind of breach in security and privacy.

Location and apartment was great! However prior to getting the keys, the property owner / manager asks for Gov ID and credit card details over the phone, which was unexpected for a "hotel room" booked out of Booking.com. This place should be rented through AirBnB, NOT through Booking.com

We were kept awake at night by the people in the apartment above ours. One night was until 2oclock in the morning. It sounded like furniture being moved around, most likely the dining room chairs on the tiled floor. We have suggested to the apartment managers that they place a large rug under the table and chairs to avoid this noise traveling into the lower floor. We wouldn't recommend this apartment unless this is resolved.

Very large master bedroom, lounge, kitchen and balconies. Good location about ten minutes walk from main Surfer's Paradise shops.

The pool looks dirty, and there are a few things that didn’t work or broke. However the manager fixed them quite quickly

The location and size of the apartment were great. The apartment itself was very sparse, missing many things that make a stay easy - sugar for coffee, paper towels or tissues, bedside lamps (getting out of bed to turn the light out after reading sucks) etc. The kitchen utensils were not clean and the apartment needs a tidy-up. The manager was very responsive to anything we needed and we would stay again now we know that we'll need to provide things ourselves.

The bath room is a disaster. The whole bath room is wet after every shower. Virtually only two beds in each room and nothing else. Not enough cutleries. Only FOUR forks provided.

3 of the apartments had been booked by a large group of men who partied all day all night and the next morning. The noise was constant and sadly put a damper on the whole experience
