There was nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect.

Everything...It was absolutely beautiful. The elevator straight into our apartment, bedrooms and ensuites, kitchen. It was an amazing apartment with lots of space It was like a penthouse. Location was perfect, It was only 11 minute walk to surfers paradise. The Manger Seven was pleasant to deal with and easy to get along with. I would not hesitate to booking this apartment again Thank you Lotus Resort.

The main problem was that the property was advertised as a ‘penthouse’ but was not on the top level, which really is false advertising given this apartment was much more expensive than the other levels. We would not have paid for this level has we known we would not be getting the top level.

The resort was very clean, great views, and perfect for our group.

Elevators opened directly to units, there was some concern about other groups having access to our unit. Additionally, there was a hens party on the floor below us and there was a lot of noise coming from one of the units below. Either 1 or 2.

One small thing to consider - there were very few cooking utensils. Not a problem if you’re always eating out, however we did make a few meals for ourselves and the lack of utensils made us have to think a bit.

We would love a heated pool that could be utilised in winter.

Loved the beautiful, luxurious fit out and furnishings. The balcony overlooking surfers paradise was exceptional, particularly at night. The outdoor furniture was comfy and large and easily seated 8.

The apartment was beautiful but there was a lot of cleaning that was not done. The walls needed to be cleaned as you could easily see there were brown patches all over them, the glass doors had fingerprints all over them, in the kitchen draws were not clean, the furnishings had not been cleaned, For the price you pay for the beautiful apartment the cleaning should also match that. One of the bathroom’s ventilation or sewage system is not working. The bathroom smells very bad.

Lacked in attention to detail. A cockaroach was found understand the bed sheets. There was multiple problems with different items, including dirty cups, broken air con, broken side living room table, scratches along almost every wall, mystery stains on the carpet. There was also a smell to one of the bathroom drains. In future, a pantry with basics like oil and baking paper would be nice. There should also be spare tea towel and chux, considering there is four bedrooms.

Being cohered in providing credit card details over the phone (my card's been hacked before from this method), to pay for deposit (not expected on Booking.com) and having to send driver's license photo to unknown property manager as an SMS. The exact reason we go through platforms such as Booking.com is to avoid this kind of breach in security and privacy.

Location and apartment was great! However prior to getting the keys, the property owner / manager asks for Gov ID and credit card details over the phone, which was unexpected for a "hotel room" booked out of Booking.com. This place should be rented through AirBnB, NOT through Booking.com

We were kept awake at night by the people in the apartment above ours. One night was until 2oclock in the morning. It sounded like furniture being moved around, most likely the dining room chairs on the tiled floor. We have suggested to the apartment managers that they place a large rug under the table and chairs to avoid this noise traveling into the lower floor. We wouldn't recommend this apartment unless this is resolved.

Very large master bedroom, lounge, kitchen and balconies. Good location about ten minutes walk from main Surfer's Paradise shops.
