Having to dress down the beds and take out the rubbish and being charged $100 for cleaning fee , feel like we had to do all the work and get charged anyway

There was only one key card which was awkward when one person wanted to go out, also the room key did not work for the parking so we had to press the intercom to be let in each time. Was a little weird with the key pickup but the people were very friendly.

Spacious unit, very clean, modern fit out. One query for the owner was answered very promptly. We always found a carpark in the underground carpark

Some of the utensils and mugs were unclean rest of the property was great.

The views were amazing, the size was great for a family of 5 and the location was perfect.

Only 1 TV so 3 of us pulled the couch out n all slept together

The furnishings were better than the other apartments and the artwork too. Also marie-lin made it more functional with kids toys my little one had a ball it took till AAAHHHH 2AM to get him to sleep

I did not like multiple and differing pick up areas and codes.

The keys were available close by at the Korean BBQ restaurant, which smelt so good that we went back for dinner. Also the we were able to have a latter check out by dropping the keys off there in the morning.

It’s an absolutely beautiful apartment. Ultra modern and a lot bigger than the photos depict. The complex it’s in is safe and secure. Only those with a swipe can access. Beds were comfortable. Found parking in the recommended places. The owner went over in above with something for me which I so appreciated.

Information to how to be able to switch the tv and channels, was impossible to do it with remot control, we were very upset about that..sugestion!!! Leave details how to do it!!

Parking was a bit tricky but it can be done…host provided plenty of parking instruction about options Perhaps the host could have provided a complimentary UHT milk or something for hot drinks as there is not really a convenience store nearby except service stations down the road I spoke with the host about no coffee capsules being provided despite being advertised A clean bin liner in the kitchen tidy might have been a nice touch rather than putting in rubbish only to realise that a new liner was needed

Delightful location and just a short walk to the Frankston foreshore and beachfront Accessible with cafe and restaurant on the ground floor Comfortable, clean facilities and a great TV for relaxed viewing

Parking till 6pm you will have to pay for at the shopping centre otherwise all arou d on the streets is 1-2hr limited

Location really good everything close and walkable restaurant and bar as you enter the building and coffee and breakfast shop on the other side of the enterance

I wasn’t aware it was “Airbnb-style” - I thought I was booking a hotel room which is why I used booking.com so that part was disappointing to find out after making payment. this means I was required to take the trash out (down to a basement level) do the dishes (that part I’m not opposed to!) and take the sheets off the bed. we had a long “rules” list provided. we weren’t able to check in on time as we had to remind them to send check in info. this was frustrating when travelling with a tired 4 year old who had a very long day of travel. As there was no parking, we had to find local parking ( this was explained after making full payment) and then make our way to the property (this is a unit in the Quest apartments) and then go to the car park and find a little lock box to get a key card. Again, all this sounds simple enough but when you’re now checking in at dinner time instead of afternoon, you have a tired 4 year old crying and hauling luggage through the streets and various levels of a hotel while you’re trying to work out how the lockbox works with a long list of instructions! Another frustration, check out again was inconvenient as you have to take your garbage down to a basement level, then go to another basement level to put a key in the lockbox again and then back to the reception area in order to exit the building (you cannot exit through the car park which would have been so much easier as it was right by where we found parking) all of this would have been better to know BEFORE submitting the booking and paying. we would have selected an actual hotel had we known this was not just based on our needs for simplicity and convenience.

gorgeous view. clean, neat and spacious. well kept! owner was very lovely and responsive. highly recommend if you like Airbnb-style stays.

the bathroom wasn’t very private for unrelated travellers (work colleagues). one of us had to sleep in a bunk bed, which was fine for one night but not ideal for longer stays.
