Excellent location, so close to main shopping centre and all city sights. Apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need.

The instructions from the host were quite thorough but we had some trouble finding the parking spot as the parking basement building wasn't well signposted - didn't realise we had to go through basement 2 & down to the lower basement 3 - wonder if there could be some extra clarification in the instructions.

The apartment was well equipped and had good heating.

The host could have been more responsive to our messages. Check in time too late 3pm (come on...) and check out 10am. Not flexible after requesting. It was not safe in the night as alfresco door we were able to shut but could not lock. Bathroom exhaust not working.

VERY hard to find keys, need more information given like street names etc very confusing to find then garage. The appt is beautiful however thought 2 bed/bath would have been like ensuite however you had to walk out of bedroom into passage for facilities.

the furniture was of very poor quality - it was really cheap and I felt like it might collapse at any moment. the second bedroom blind had a gap so the light came in all night. the common areas lights came in and off and was shining in the room. it was really annoying the main bedroom had the noise of a fan or air on from another unit that turned on and off all day and night.

There was a consistent loud noise in the main bedroom at night that would occur every 5 or so minutes like something shutting down then starting up again - difficult to sleep with this noise

The key pick-up was inconvenient and the instructions could have been clearer - a map would be helpful as there are two linked apartment buildings. Parking was also hard to find.

Comfortable unit, spacious, conveniently situated in central Canberra. We enjoyed having the balcony space and the kitchen would have been great for a longer stay.

We found a hair in one bed. The set up in the beginning ie the security box and finding the parking spaces was a nightmare

We did not like the beds they were too soft and there was a humming noise coming from inside or outside the balcony. I thought it was the AC but from the time we arrived to the time we left the humming-like AC-blowing air noise was emanating from outside or inside. The check-out instructions were not written properly. I got booked because I dropped my partner off near the front door to go back upstairs to place the key back in the apartment. To carry out this task was a very expensive instruction by the host. The host should change this to leave the key back in the letterbox as per the pick-up key instructions. There should be instructions on how to lock the balcony door too, I had to call the host to let him know that the door was broken and would not lock, just for security reasons. I would stay there again on one condition that the humming noise gets fixed or stopped and have a hard comfortable bed to sleep on not like the one in 132 and the host pays for the fine I received.

We liked the apartment it was brand new like it was advertised, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and brand new as well. It was close to all the shops, and restaurants and not far from all the places to see and do.

A TV that has no TV channels connection was a big disappointment. One of the 2 parking spaces that was occupied by an unknown car. The first bedroom window outside is the corridor and the blinds could not block off all the disturbing lights at night. Though it is brand new, the balcony door lock did not work which could be a security concern. The owner provided butter for cooking but a used butter with breadcrumbs was disgusting. The owner provided coffee, but an opened coffee did not feel hygienic during the Covid pandemic. I hope they also provide tea bags, and small packaged butter and coffee would be better. There was too much stuff in the wardrobe, and lucky we only stay for one night without too much luggage.

The place was clean and tidy. The owner provided a lot of items in the kitchen that exceeded our expectation. The customer service was quick to respond to message.
