The unit was great. The location was important to us as it was central. Italian restaurant beside the unit, Palm Beach Surf Club down the lane, a Thai restaurant on the corner, and the centre of Palm Beach starts on the other corner.

Not the hosts fault but water went off for a number of hours one evening when there was a leak somewhere in the building and power went off the next day but this was a number of blocks not the building. It looked like our power came back on before other buildings after about an hour possibly back up generator kicking in.

Great locate, very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning and really appreciated this being nice and cool on arrival. Great communication whenever we had a question and to advise re the water going off.

The construction work taking place across the road from 7am until 6pm Monday to Friday for the 2 weeks we were there no sleeping past 7am and couldn’t have the tv on if the balcony doors were open as you couldn’t hear the tv …. But on saying this it’s not the owners fault but it’s going to be going on for a long time as sadly building a 9 story building going to ruin a beautiful view

key collect was a bit far away - needed taxi to divert there and head back to the apartment - then on departure had to make a special trip to deliver the key before heading to the airport in the other direction. it s a small thing but a closer key collection would have been preferable.

It was unfortunate that when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned. This was an error on the part of the cleaning service and just meant it was a couple of additional hours before we could access the apartment.

This place was insanely beautiful, comfortable and modern with breathtaking views of Palm Beach which is probably my favourite beach in Gold Coast. The apartment was very secure, clean and nicely furnished.

Whilst adequate for our needs, my only suggestion would be a new couch for improvement and added comfort to this amazing space.

The location was exceptional. The apartment was exceptional with a lovely beach view. Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great parking facilities. People in the building were friendly. Host communicated all we needed very well.

The place was not clean. As i mentioned to the host, the place had not been cleaned properly. I stepped on a piece of glass in the kitchen, the dishwasher stank (I bought some cleaner and cleaned it) and they use the 2xsheets method but don't wash the doona between guests.

The place is in an amazing location. I booked it because it was dog friendly, which is awesome. The unit is lovely and looks just like the pics. The host was responsive and friendly. If it wasn't for the cleaning I would give this 10 points.
