You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThere seemed to be not enough staff in the meal areas to accommodate guests. We waited for 15 minutes in the sports bar for a staff member to appear. And waited over an hour for our breakfast delivery in the front cafe area. The same issue was noted for other guests. While waiting we had to go back up to the room to empty for check out & returned to breakfast which had been delivered in my absence. The meal was lovely when arrived.
The book in & out experience was exceptional.

AustraliaMe and my wife had the special in the sports bar burger chips and a drink $25 each very disappointed not worth the money burger was good drink was fine the chips were terrible overcooked honestly rubbish plus the staff never offered us a knife and fork or any sauce and because of that we never booked for a evening meal there loss.

AustraliaToilet paper dispenser - not easy to get paper out without ripping sheets. Seemed cheap and not consistent with the rest of the facilities.
Stayed in an upstairs river view room. Room was very comfortable and quite spacious with a king sized bed, sofa bed, table and two chairs and work desk. Reasonably priced mini bar. Renovations have been done well. The view, particularly during this period of flood, is fantastic.

AustraliaThe roast meal was similar to the one I ordered on a previous visit- virtually inedible - overdone and chewy meat, re-heated and dry potatoes and tasteless gravy slapped on top. The manager informed me that he had received many complaints .
The breakfast of bacon and eggs was served cold and was very poorly presented. It was subsequently replaced with a marginally better serve.

AustraliaCar parking! We returned to our room at approx 11pm. The generally allocated car park space, outside the door of our room was taken by another car. And we couldn't even park along the side of our room, as there were also 2 cars parked there. We ended up almost parking on the street. There were definitely many more cars in the parking space, than motel rooms. We were not happy!!

AustraliaMy only issue on the day I left was I had ordered a coffee and they had no lids for the take away coffees, Someone went off the find some, Whilst I had no issues with this, possibly before you commence serving customers for the day you ensure you have everything needed.
Room was clean and tidy and had everything I could possibly need. Restaurant was fantastic and so was the food, exceptional service by stafff they were happy and friendly. Reservation Team were also excellent, with all the last minute things I needed to add for the trip. Thoroughly Recommend.
